I think Nick was smart to want to save money. Just because you have millions dosen't mean you should be frivalous. Just look at all these dummies that had millions, and then sent it all on dumb crap, and then they were broke. All these celebs spending millions on 10 bedroom houses that they probably barley spend any time in. Nick was always smart about everything. I agree with him on almost everything. Jess was just spoiled her whole life by her parents. It's really not so much her fault

Honestly I don't think Nick will ever truly get over Jessica. She was his first love. Even with Vanessa I just don't see him loving her the way he loved Jess. I think Vanessa was just a rebound for him in the beginning. I think it's great that they are remaining friends now but I still miss them together as a couple... I don't think they ever have a chance of getting back together... Oh well :(

I think Nick's great. Jessica though.. is a bit too spoiled to be in a marriage. She's probably someone who wants someone to coddle her all the time, but marriage's a give and take, and you have to work at it. It's unfortunate but looking back, they were seriously mismatched :( They'd probably be great friends and be really good in a brother/sister type of relationship, but they just can't live together.

I mean with all the money they have I would rent a small skylift, move it under the balcony and lift furniture in to the room. Easy and safe =). A small skylift costs 250 dollars to rent in my town, you dont have to be rich or a genius to do that =P
