who cars lets have anouther cold war they would just lose agian what teh ehll is poland going to do any way attack russia i think the russian are overreacting why dont they go sell some more planes and tanks to venezwala which have close ties to iran right in americas back yard if that happend agian iran woukd be done.
Russia and the US always had good relationships before the cold war. As a young nation, the US established strong ties with France and Russia, while trying hard to deflect the British empire's effort to divide its Union. The US railroad barons teamed up with Russian entrepreneursto build the Russian rail network and even planned a trans-polar rail line from Siberia to Alaska.

Instead of minding other country's business, US should focus on its own interest. No war between nations, but Russia should never be trusted again. At least not Medvedev or Putin! They are dangerous to the world peace!

The only ties we need to have with Russia is our boots on their throat. It's a matter of time until we launch a first strike on Russia. I hope they give Obama an excuse to annihilate them.
Wish they'll start moving towards Russia as a friend. And our nations would then stop seeing an enemy in each other. Anger only gives birth to opposite anger, we won't go far in such way of relations. And just imagine how helpful both countries can be for each other if they'll forget all disagreements which happened before.
Colonizing space together would be much sooner for human as well as new projects on earth in plasma, fusion & other.
Europe & China are ready Come on US we're waiting for ya!
during the civil war the Tsar send his navy on a stand by in america to help Lincon if britain n France helped the south n stated an attack on Lincon's army is an attack on Russia because since then only Lincon's america n russia was not in the cluches of the international bankers now ONLY Russia owns its central bank printing real money based on gold reserves guaranteed by the Russian treasury THEY HATE IT so they are doing ALL they can trying to destablize the Russian economy
it would be fair if the NATO would disband too just like the warsaw contract nations. because the nato was just founded as counterpart. the russians disbanded but we (the good west lol) are still arming up and expanding towards russias borders in their former area of influence. no wonder they see us (usa and europe) as a threat
Reasonable man! I hope my President-Elect Obama follows through with repairing the damage that Bush and his neo-con masters have done to our relationship with Russia.
cool! One of my best friends from college is half Russian. Her father met her mom here in the US in the 90s. They're divorced now but she visits Russia often and lived their a few years growing up. Feel the same way, too :)
Obama, like McCain, accused Russia in August, and repeated lie about "aggression" and "disproportionate reaction". I hope he will think and will use facts, before saying accusing anyone in anything.
There is an information, that Medvedev will meet Obama in Washington on 15 November, very soon.

Let's hope so. I really hope Obama comes to his senses and cancels this missle shield nonsense. Spend that money here, or at least on OUR military.

You are aware that both sides would lose right? A war between Russia and the US can't be won. If you think otherwise you are delusional.

we only launch our missiles if another country launches there first. So no American first strike.
