You don't need a lot of money for that just a little skill all that stuff is very basic and can be made with a trip to the Homedepot and MicroCenter. The only thing that will cost alot is if you are stupid enough to pay for a custom case whats the fun of it if you dont get the fun out of building it yourself .

Hes using a cheap saw and drill i am not saying its free i am saying it is a lot cheaper to do it for yourself. A drill is what 30 bucks for a 120v plug in model and same goes for the saw, and a few tools to buff the parts. I am not sure why you need to be rude and call people names I am just saying it will be cheaper to do it yourself then pay all that money for what you can do for a lot less. Plus you then have the tools to do more in the future.

i see you used mdf for the front panel.

im working with mdf atm on my case and the finish is poor when painted.

i used 600 then 1000 grit s/paper to smooth it but my results are poor.

im using spray cans, do you think this is what is runing the paint job?

how did you get such a finish on this mdf?

don't pin me on it, but I thought you would have to spray like 3 or 4 layers of black, and then a 4 to 5 layers of base/transparant coat. Then wax it, and you'll have the same shiny effect as your samsung panel.

The song is O Fortuna from the Carmina Burana poems and composed by Carl Orff, used in loads of commercials past and present.

The logo came from the back door of the new Mercedes Sprinter van and the diameter is exactly 120mm which was the perfect size.
