The Epilogue tells who survives and is going to be in Modern Warfare 2.In the mission you hear Gaz's voice, Price's voice and Nickoli's voice.But as you can see at the end when you jump out the other guy doesn't. That is Nickoli. He died in the Epilogue. Thats why he didn't show up in Modern Warfare 2. Also he got shot in the head at the last mission in the campaign.

This was going to be the first mision of the game but they chucked and just made it a bonus level. I think you play as Gaz beceus they found Audio files of Gaz saying all the lines and something like "Good shot Soap"
