  • Seem's like pretty sound advice to me.I'm a girl so the number 1 priority for me is to lose/burn fat rather than build muscle & ive learned from doing free weights & weight training in the past that i bulk up very easily so i now avoid it like the plague! For me (i can only speak 4 myself,we're all different) the best thing is to excercise early in the morn on an empty stomach.If you eat breakfast before workout,you end up burning off the breakfast rather than the fat.
