they way i did this was to have someone stand behind me and describe the scene to me as i was painting...i wish! that would've been amazing! i used a picture

Oscar, that was so gorgeous. The video was great as well. The way your head was banging up and down from looking from the reference photo to the painting made it seem like you were doing some crazy dance. I loved it.

the sun gave us life! and my favorite part of the day is the sunset, the sky turns into an amazing display of colors!

But wadda ya mean 'i took longer than i should have'? You finished years before I would have. The extra time sure looked well spent. Getting that light to work around the sun is very hard to do.

Could you ad a photograph at the end of the finished painting? I'd love to have a 'in proportion view' of the whole thing.

what i meant by 'took longer than i should have' was that i could have skipped the entire first half of the painting and started out with the bright colors around the sun and move from there

but now that i think of it, if i could do it again, i'd paint it the exact same way!
