I think you mean how would it handle the oil going in to the cylinders , Which it wouldn't do ...

The whole point of oil is the lubricate the piston and cylinder so wouldn't be a problem if the oil was going to one side like this ...

Just like if you were to do a wheelie on a bike or quad , Won't affect anything

I used to do this, freestyle JCB gig, i was one of the best and hey, sure it had it's perks, the women, the limelight, but the whole scene had a dark underbelly. Drugs were rife, not just recreational, guys on the circuit were getting banned left right and centre for performance enchancers, ego's out of control. I was one of the lucky ones, got out while I could, I often get offers to write a book about my time as a freestyle JCB driver, but you could say i don't like to dig up old graves
