i emailed seven trent water a few years ago and they told be that they add the daily recommended dose of fluoride to my supply, i tried to explain that i did not want for this additive/medication and that if I felt fluoride was useful to me, I would,as directed by the tooth paste companies : rub it around my teeth and not swallow, as ingesting fluoride has no effect on teeth at all. They did not reply back of course, : /

I don't drink flouride water but do take baths in flouride water. I heard that it is absorbed through the skin just as if you were drinking it. I bought a bath ball that I hang on the facet. The water runs thru this device and it filters out the water. I noticed the water soaps up easier, my hair is healthier and guess what...I am no longer in a fog. I feel much sharper able to memorize facts and info much easier now. Consider the flouride in your bath water also...this makes a difference.

Flouride is just a generic term and can refer to many different compounds. It refers to any chemical compound which releases flourine ions in solution. Flourine ions are found naturally in ground and spring water and I don't think they're dangerous per se but possibly the molecule they're released from? I wish someone would do a bit more research into this than just saying 'flouride'. A little knowlege goes a long way..................

Ive been drinking Distilled water for 2 years now, the bottle claims its flouride free, The reason I did is because Ive had bad kidneys for the last 20 years. In the city I use to live in the Doctors did not know what the problem was(major kidney stones pass 5-6 times a year for 20 years) Its not till I moved to the country that a Old country Dr. told me Major cities flouridate the water and I should try drinking distilled water for a time. So havent had any problems since. We have well water -

The only way to remove fluoride is with reverse osmosis which is very expensive or to buy pure water - not all, or barely any, bottled water is actually fluoride free, so read up first.

I already mentioned this on my channel, but we muslims use something called a miswak or sometimes called siwak by some people. It's a bit of a root from a certain type of tree that has many health benefits and obviously doesn't contain poisons like fluoride. You peel off 1cm or 2cm of the bark, chew it until it becomes like a brush and then brush your teeth with it. It can be used all day with no fear of ill reprisal. For some it's a good way to kick a smoking habit and replace it with good...

Hull & York med school study was only ever going to agree with the status quo just like I expect their current Aspartame toxicity study is going to. I'm studying at Hull and I spoken with a couple of the post-grads involved in the study who've expressed "concerns" over the objective nature of this research on the deleterious effects caused by Aspartame. They're obviously reluctant to raise these objections because of fears of harming their future prospects, ubiquitous "compliance" is mandatory.

Yeah all the research I've done about fluoride also leads to the conclusion that it's a toxin and should never have been put in our water. Most places don't even have a law to force fluoridation it was just done willingly long ago because it was doctor recommended, like tobacco was at the time, and now it's entrenched in pop culture. When u absorb too much your teeth get brown spots, fluorosys, so do the rest of your bones, so it's in you for life.

have added tons of floride to my water since the 60s i was brought up on the stuff so when drinking water from non areas i personally think it tastes rank like puddle water even when boiled so im a fan of fluoride where tea and coffee is concerned plus no worrys about dirty pipes and rat flavor water how ever cant say my teeth are great from it most of them fell out in my 20s heh and there are risks of exma skin conditions especially if you swim in it and bone cancers so understand the concerns

Ive been drinking Distilled water for 2 years now, the bottle claims its flouride free, The reason I did is because Ive had bad kidneys for the last 20 years. In the city I use to live in the Doctors did not know what the problem was(major kidney stones pass 5-6 times a year for 20 years) Its not till I moved to the country that a Old country Dr. told me Major cities flouridate the water and I should try drinking distilled water for a time. Ebay/amazon has inexpensive test kits.
At our last residence 1 mi away, the water filter at change time was black/brown disgusting. At new address, accumulation is mild on the filter at change time, not that dirty.
Flouride AND chlorine along with the rest can be removed (even though we shouldn't have to).
Seems nothing short of worldwide economic crash will stop this chemical assault in our water, chemtrails from above.

@RwKhuti No, in fact it concentrates it by reducing the amount of water (evaporation) while not reducing the amount of fluoride.
The only way to remove fluoride is with reverse osmosis which is very expensive or to buy pure water - not all, or barely any, bottled water is actually fluoride free, so read up first.

Thank you, at least not in Wales yet. I distill all my own drinking and cooking water, bathing is more of a problem though. On a side note I had pointed out to me a couple of months ago, was that some shampoos and toothpaste have ASPARTAME in! Always check the ingredients before you put it in your mouth.
