On Sunday Sep 13 1992 I had a 1 in a million chance to meet Axl in his hotel room with the rest of the band accompanied by a security guard but I didn't go 'cause I was too scared and too young. Part of me regrets that decision until today, part of me thinks maybe it was for a reason 'cause if Axl had been in his pissy mood then I would've had a bad experience and maybe not been a GNR fan today. I guess everything happens for a reason...

GNR is my teenage daughters favorite band as well as mine, but I was reluctant to go because, Slash, Matt and Duff were not in the band anymore. I have been a fan of GNR since the spring of 1987 when Appetite came out when I was 18 years old. I was blown away how good this concert and how good Axl's voice was. The band was very tight and put on an excellent show. For the true die hard GNR fans, check these guys out, you will be very surprised like me how good they are. I will be going again.

@Littlewhitewestie You should go before something happens to Axl. While Slash is my favorite rock guitarists, these new guys and any good guitarist can sound like him. However, no one on this earth can sing like Axl Rose.

That girl must be the luckiest fan ever! I think if that were me, I would never let go of Axl and security would have to pull me away! She behaved very professionally especially for her age, she can't be more than what? 17-18 yrs old? It's crazy the amount of different generations of GNR fans today! Ranging from the youngest fans who were born way after the original GNR broke up to the oldest fans in their late 30s to early 40s.

I thought it was 19 in Canada and 21 in the USA or does that not count for rock concerts? As far as I know, whenever alcohol is being served and easily accessible, there is an age restiction.

@dbenmil They section it off, so alcohol is only available in certain sections and you get carded. But it's not super tight,

Everytime I watch such amazing quality videos of GNR concerts posted on YOUTUBE I wonder how the hell fans manage to sneak in such good quality cameras and manage to video tape without being stopped by security! At my last GNR concert back in 2010, I had this small Iphone and was trying to take pics only and each time, the security guard came up to me to tell me to stop, they were doing that to everyone in the front rows. It was such a pain in the ass!

Awesome quality video of one of my top 3 favourit GNR songs! No GNR concert is complete without Welcome To The Jungle, Rocket Queen, Nightrain, Sweet Child O' Mine and Paradise City. Whenever I go to a GNR concert, I pray they play all these songs especially RQ and Nightrain my 2nd and 3rd favourit GNR songs after One In A Million.
