  • she always loves the williams

  • Oh, this is before the Safina/Venus semifinal in which Safina wins just one game.

"Hope it's a good match.' Sorry, Tracy, it was not such a good match. But for Venus, it was a brilliant match.

  • she looks great

  • I disagree with the poster below-- I think Tracy has aged quite well. She's stayed in remarkably good shape through the years-- and keep in mind, she's pushing 50. She's a great commentator, and personally, I always preferred her over Chris Evert-- at her peak, her strokes were cleaner and harder.

  • Wow, Tracy is looking very tired in this vid. I just saw a vid of Chris, who looks younger than Tracy when they're 8 years apart. My guess is Chris went under the knife. Either that or this is a very old looking Tracy. She looks either tired or old or both here, but she is very eloquent in talking about the players on the tour, so I guess that's what counts when you're a commentator. I wish the tournaments would ask Tracy more often to appear. Mary Carillo is sometimes too overexposed.

  • bad lighting.... and too much sun as a teenager.....

  • @shihlin1 tracy did not have a nice facecut even when she was younger.... but chris was extremely pretty then .. . so even today if they both had surgery.. evert would definitely look prettier because she had better features.

  • tracy probably would have beaten chris had she gotten past evonne.....she was hitting really well....

  • 77 lost to evert, 78 to MN, 79 performance was great . She was 5-3 up in the 1st set against martina in the SF and I remember she got upset about a bad line call and 'that' was the match. She only won one more game and went down 7-5, 6-1. Her 1980 SF loss to Evonne Goolagong was unexpected and at one point she won

7 games in a row. She lost to Pam Shriver in 81 in the QF and then Billie Jean in 1982, again in the QF. Its sad but because of her back injuries she never played at Wimbledon again.

  • Safina is a JOKE! I wish she would retire, and take all the other boring russians with her.
