Hi Mike, I've missed you.. It's been a long time since I made a video as well. I just passed my 2 year surgiversary and I have been in limbo. I haven't gained or lost anything really in the 2nd year which is ok but I still have 30 to go.. Why am I putting it off? It has really been a ride for sure.. I still feel like I have a long way to go before I feel my best, but like you said it's a lifelong journey. You look great!

Great update video! Thank you so much for the honesty...I could relate alot to what you said about the chocolate and how in the beginning we have so much "will power" to refuse, but then after 6 months, we try it and it becomes harder to refuse. For me, after about 9 months, I felt the food addiction come back. The struggle has been that I cannot binge like I used to, but I sure can snack and that can be a dangerous cycle. You reminded me that I need to make an update video :) Thanks!!!!

Bummer ..... I need a drink ! On the real , its always something and I dont think there is ANYTHING in life that we are not supposed to do in moderation ! It is what it is .Looks like you learn from your mistakes and Im happy to know I can too ! I dont count calories, dont watch what I eat and never exercise. I eat what I want when I want...WHAT I HAVE done in a little over a yr...... I have lost 70 lbs, down 11 sizes !!!. I live love and laugh and thats the best part of me. lots of love Sher
Hey Mike - you look great.... Thanks for keeping it real. I had my surgery just a week after you, and I found myself going to a transfer addiction. I'm addicted to shoping and baking for some reason. I do not dump, which is scary, cause I find myself picking here and there with sweets and need to remain focus on my recovery with food. It's so hard, but thank God for my support with you and the rest of the YT community - I hope all is well with you, sweetie. Stay strong & focused. ~ Kat
Mike, first of all its great to see you, I follow you on fb, but I am so proud of you that at least you admit it to yourself because thats important. All of us in the WLS community have the "addictiveness" in us. Thats pretty much how we got where we were in the first place. I'm glad to see you are doing well. I ended up not having the surgery, but I lost 80lbs. I had the same transfer addiction problem. So I can relate with what you said.

I so got caught up in the alcohol addiction in the past few weeks...also any mood stabilizing pills....I am working on that now....it sucks.
