I encountered one during the morning. I called it Cloak Man because it looked like it was wearing a cloak.
I was flat on my back. Apparently I couldnt move and it was watching me. I noticed I had transparent shackles and chains around my arms, legs, and a shackle around my neck... I starred at it and grunted at it and then I was forced to look upward....
I started to move my left hand and it twitched... As I balled my hand into a fist I jumped up!
I have visions and gain knowledge about things I never knew of before, and I've seen through my cousins eyes before.
I cant explain how it happens but it does. I've proven to my family that i've done these things.
But I feared the abilities because I would become paralyzed. I was always told Sleep Paralysis is a Spiritual Attack or a Nightmare Attack. When entites like Witches approach to steal life-force. I've seen a Witch dig her hand into my chest...
now that we are entering the spritual light the "shadow people" will come and paraylze any1 who has a weak aura such as a drug user or an angry violent person they do this to keep the frequency on earth low
I relate to this video, the other night I had to battle a large werecat beast with red eyes and sharp teeth, He broke down the door, I stabbed him and then I had him in an under arm choke hold because I was afraid he would bite me and I stabbed him a few times in his back shoulder. then they came in forms of people with evil grins and doing bad acts. A few years ago I seen some in the daylight during sleep and another asking me why I was running from them. I thought I was going crazy till now.
yesterday was SCARY i was completly awake but i couldn't move my body only my eyes and i felt my leg move up and it felt light as a feather and i could see it with my own eyes.
This paralyzing thing happens more and more! I wake up from a dream, feel this weight on my chest like im suffocating and being crushed and feeling a presence or seeing a shadow.
But when i say a mantra it goes away and i can move.
Can these beings really touch you?cuz what happend yesterday was far beyond my control :S
good vid, I don't feel so alone or crazy anymore. I've seen these shadow things two times in my life and hope to never see them again. First time I was about 8 but I didn't have the paralized thing happen it looked like a smily face with hands made from a shadow it floted up from the foot of my bed I screamed for my parents and it whent away. Hi Wolf. When I was 13, I encountered pretty much what you were talking about. It happened at my cousins house and I feel asleep in his room. Something woke me up, and I soon realized I couldnt move, I felt like a heavy pressure was on my chest. I do know that there was fear, as I looked slowly to the corner of the room, I saw 3 shadows. Humanoid, with the outline of a head, shoulders, but no hands or feet. I got angry and forced myself to speak and told them to fuck off. They disappeared.
Sleep Paralysis is real i suffered this for a few years when i smoked weed seriosly it was most terrifying i stopt the weed and it was a lot less frequent when i got Sleep Paralysis now its not happning so much maybe 2 -3 times a year . lucid dreaming helps also scary at first then after a while it gets more controlable.
@mysuperpc1 You are quite right. People may choose to partake of certain drugs, and certain drugs do seem to leave a person more susceptible: I have noticed this too, though I do not so much touch find the need to take anything any more :) Yeah scary at first until you start standing up to them, and then you feel very safe afterwards.
This happened to me the other night. I woke up to my door opening and I could feel somebody come into my room and sit down on my bed. At first I thought it was my mom, but I could just tell that it was something scary.. or evil as other people say. Then I felt something by my face. I was too scared to open my eyes and find out. They were making noises Soon after I was able to move and I covered my face with my blanket and I started to hear gun shots. It was the scariest expirence of my life.
@katelynmae9 Was the entity perhaps trying to show you something in his/her own history? I once had a friend that "relived" the murder of someone in his neighbourhood. He saw himself stabbed in a dream, and the next day found out a neighbour had been murdered. Sometimes a spirit tries to give a message. I wonder if that happened to you?
@WolfShaman777 Hmm.. I don't really know. I wouldn't open my eyes. lol As soon as I could tell something was there I closed my eyes. This kind of shit scares me! Also, I couldn't move at first...

@katelynmae9 I was talking about sharing someone else's third eye vision, as if linked by the paramatma, or supersoul.. aka God. Sometimes a person can see or witness exactly what another is experiencing, like a sharing.

I had a quite frightening experience with a shadow entity whilst in the state of sleep paralysis. I awoke frozen, and a shadow roughly the size and shape of a dog rushed me and made my bed bounce up and down. Seemed a deliberate attempt to scare or intimidate me. The shadow was 3d, as if space itself was crumpled up like paper, really difficult to describe.
@breaneainn Yes there are a good array of stories pertaining to canines, I think the original "hell-hounds" may have something to do with early sightings. @WolfShaman777 Odd thing isn't it? Reminded me of the Middle Eastern descriptions of Jinn or Djinn. The hostility was over the top, like an animal, but the speed was phenominal, almost as if the paralysis state allowed it to suddenly "see" me, if that makes any sense.

The move in a different "time frequency" and seem to "bum rush" people in their sleep, sending shadowy waves of fear, at least that is how it felt to me. Many people report evoking the name of jesus or muhammed to get rid of them which seems to work. A U.S. marine stationed in afghanistan reported that he just tells them to F#@% OFF!

when this first happen to me it was like a very violent form of anasthetic not like spinal or anything but like i had been injected further up the spinw but could still breath it felt like really strange i was shouting bit no one could hear m i never seen a thing or felt anything the first time but when i came out of it i was still shouting the same ting and could hear myself the first as i couldnt before please help

I have not met one real atheist, but a few agnostics ;) Our quest for knowledge can come in many ways, sometimes surprising, or not in ways that are commonly the norm to us, to help broaden our thought capacity. @TheSuicidalChipmunks define "atheist." My boyfriend, who grew up as a Catholic, became a dogmatic atheist. I was never indoctrinated with any religion and grew up an agnostic, but to him I had to choose one or the other. Just make sure you're not calling yourself that because you are too closed off from possibility of anything different than what you think you know to be reality.
continuing my previous post,i had never heard of "Hat men" or "Shadow people" before this experience,it was quite a shock when i came across articles online by chance some years later that described exactly what i had seen,i have never had any other paranormal experiences apart from this,no idea why it has never appeared again since or before that time when i was younger.

It happened to me once,i could not move and there was a dark male entity with a very wide brimmed hat sitting at the side of my bed,i remember i was staring at him for perhaps a minute,for some reason i did not feel any sense of dread at the time but i certainly did the following day,he reached out his hand toward my face and i woke up the next morning,im certain i was awake at the time and it was not a dream,as i said it only happened once and it was a few years ago,i was around 23 or 24.
oh and ive always had them ,still do i am 46 the last one about 8 months ago something grabbed me by the shoulders and blew ,made a pop sound into the back ov my neck ,yukk,, i struggled to get ( him) off and eventually won , it was very real tangible and defiantly malevolent .
Sorry for all the comments. It actually happens to you at any age. It happened to me at 16, I am now 17. And from ages 6-8 I remember a reoccurring "dream" (it was actually an astral travel) where I would float (I felt massive vibrations) in a grassland where skeletal shadow beings roamed, then I would stop floating infront of this MASSIVE giant entity that was a mass of darkness and filth, it's skin looked like burnt wood. But it happens at any age. For me the "sleep paralysis" was at 16.

In truth I would have to write a book to explain all my thoughts: people may differ in opinion as to identification, I personally have no trouble speaking of angels and demons, they incorporate positive and negative, as this is multidimensional. As for God's help, it's actually a good thing, but the point of the "tests", are to give the individual, individual power. You get this. :)
@WolfShaman777 When I said "God" I mean in the religious form. Praying to Jesus for help will actually hinder oneself. Worship of Jesus is worship of the sun, Christ is just an allegory for the sun, the Romans literalized this metaphor/story. When one prays to Jesus, they are sending energies out to the sun where other entities live and thrive off of these energies. That's why I say don't ask "God" for help, because it's taking power away from yourself; giving it to others who may/may not exist.
@DaephFX I am not certain as to the whole new thing about Jesus merely being the sun, sounds like some Illuminati nonsense to me, though be sure they themselves worship the sun--seems like a strange reversal espionage, if you ask me. But in any case, Love is God, let us try and all understand this. I do agree with you that an individual ought to gain their own power, but recognize the Source of that power, as in a cooperation. After watching the full video, it is definitely true, I have experienced such as well. I have seen them as well, I have spoken to them, they have spoken to me. They have tricked me, I have tricked them. This video is fairly old, I assume you have far more knowledge now, but you were seeing through your 3rd eye, the flesh eyes cannot perceive the frequencies. & I am glad you don't label entities as "demons/angels" they are high/low vibratory and nothing more... positive/negative in simple words.
Back in my "sleep paralysis" days (a year ago) when I first experienced it, I actually ripped my consciousness out of my body, and perceived it to be "reality". This shadow being was scaring me and I decided "fuck it, I'm gonna attack this thing" and "woke up". After that first "sleep paralysis" experience, I've been visited in my room by shadow beings quite often, one day I was fed up and said FUCK OFF in a megatron voice... now they visit me no more.
@DaephFX The most terrifying of my sleep paralysis experiences were when my door would slowly open and there would be this white robed 6 foot tall person standing in the doorway, face covered and fully clad in white robes, just standing in the doorway staring at me. I don't know what to make of that, I haven't found any info on white robed beings. I've also been visited by a faceless little girl in a nightgown when I was in an AWAKE state, and have been attacked by a small grey.
@DaephFX Now I've learned to Astral project... now I challenge these beings, when I see them in my house with ill intent (whilst projecting), I simple tell them "FUCK OFF". I've also practiced & managed to manifest light in the form of a sword in my hand (whilst projecting, I'm a big fantasy nerd) to fend off "demons". All in all, the encounters were scary as fuck, but they forced me into a greater state of awareness.
To anyone in trouble, learn astral projection.. it's your remedy. Not "God".

You know yesterday i had my first experience on astral projection. I was watching myself sleep and i was barely above my body. i don't know why i was seeing blue and dark, that's how my vision was. This happened 2 me. I think the swift bl/gr shadows are demons n angels and the large silhouette that comes is god. I asked 4 god to not let me die and thats when the large one appeared and put his hand on me and said they are here to help me. I then awoke in a sterile white room having a metal rod shoved up my nose. I was then thrown back onto my bed.

Man you described the incubus down to a T. I have have numerous attacks, where the paralysis sets in and you can only move your eyes and look around. The bad dreams are put into your head by the evil spirit. It tries to make you forget whats happening to you and suck the life energy from your spirit. The only way I could ever get out of it was to ask God to help me, and when I do, I can jump up right away. Its not cool and its happened to a few people/family I know. 3 O'Clock is hell hour
@elementSix1 You are right they are like vampires but I think they are allowed to bother us to test us, yes it seems looking to God helps big time. I think they are sad little cowards because they want to bother people in their sleep in the middle of the night, yes, such as 3 am which does seem to be a favourite time for malicious beings. Indeed,this is very insightful. I too have had these kinds of experiences though no experience such as this is the same for each individual. I admire that you delve into this topic when there are so many skeptics. Rising above this in the both a physical as well as spiritual level is very much a victory. In my early 20s, I too questioned what I was raised to believe and a few years later I had come to the conclusion that spirituality should be very personal aspect of ones life.

I've had it happen (coincidentally also in my early 20's), but just once. That's no damn sleep paralysis. Anyone who will swear that it's just sleep paralysis has never had it happen. I remember suddenly waking up, not being able to move my body, but did see AS CLEAR AS DAY a figure that was darker than the darkness of my room, almost like a void as if there was a tear in reality clearly in a human form, cross around the foot of my bed to my side and leaned over me. Saw this is CLEAR as day.
@AnimalCarnage I don't agree about the spiritual aspect of it though. I've never been a religious person. I don't believe in ghosts, or aliens, but I sure as heck believe in Shadow People. This thing wasn't trying to "show" me anything. It wasn't even trying to hide its being. It was staring right in my face, almost as if it were looking in my eyes. I couldn't move and I remember trying to scream, but my voice only came out as a whimper.
@AnimalCarnage Well, the spiritual aspect is not based on belief, what Is, Is. But yes no one is an expert, although some people are more adept or inclined to things, or simply sensitive, however we may look at it. I have had far too many experiences in a good varied amount of areas, open to lots of things. Probably good never to rule a thing out, just in case ;)
Sleep Paralysis is a defense mechanism. A chemicals released when ur in deep delta phase sleep. SP prevents u from sleepwalking into traffic while u dream ur walking in Disney-world. When we wake & SP overstayed its welcome its known as mind awake body asleep & is a door to OOBE and Astral Projection. Beat the fear, cause fear can feel multiplied there. It can be great too, and think positive to project a positive session.
Shadow people will get you to harm yourself via fear / telekinesis but not physically harm you. Now I ask them what they want or if I can help them and if not to "F" off and don't waste my time. You cannot fear delving into the hidden states of consciousness. Fear attracts fright. There are MUCH scarier beings in deeper planes, they are just like shadow people jsut trying to menace around, but again they can only scare you.
I have the ability to astral project as a shadow spirit but for the purpose to help those overcome fear, and challenge them to learn how to communicate in the Astral and extra sensory perceptions.helping them to move into higher dimensional plains..

The first and last paralysis dream i had was when i was about 21-22, I was pinned to my bed belly down and something was 'messing' with my kidney area, I didnt know i was dreaming at the time but all i could think was "when i get free i'm gonna get you". As soon as i was 'released' i bound after this figure, out of my room, down the stairs in two leaps and as i got to the kitchen a creature with many shining eyes and huge mouth with lots of teeth came out of the darkness.....
i have experianced this same thing many times and once me and my ex wife were asleep and we both woke at the same time to this darkness in the room paralized not able to say a word this black shadow mass floated above us from foot of bed black tendrails streached out wraping around us i started to pray and it sucked up into the ceiling and was gone we lookedat each other in shock it is real
You started off fine but then you went down the hippie dippy New Age path, It has happened to me many times over the years, and I will agree by some of your description it has to you, but where I think you are fooled is in that YOU can defeat them, demons are way smarter and stronger then you are giving them credit for. Your self pride is lulling you into a false sense of security.
When i was dabbling in the occult/terra cards witch borads this stuff happened to me day and night, now the Thearpist said oh iam manic bipolar blah blah, any way i also fought astral projecttion most the time was scared, i went to a place once where i felt like i was taken there to learn something maybe? dont know but since i found Christ as my savior and repented these attacks stopped thank God, just call out to Jesus Christ and he will save you from your sins and these attacks

@LadyVioletFlame I can only say, that in some case, there is no hallucination at all. I have seen these as separate entities, but moreover the feeling of a separate will power in their own right. Even as we live in bodies, we live without bodies too. Some "out-of-body" are jealous and nasty, and try to bother people. Anyhow, people can argue, my message simply is: Love beats Fear, and brings Harmony. Cheers!

@Gods0n1 Jesus is not the only name to beat them. However, the Light must be used or else the darkness wins. I can understand that you intend well, but there is more to it than that. Jesus is a divine being, not to doubt, but love and light themselves, truly within us if wanted, are of the Great Spirit, which is the Holy Source of all.

I have no problem with Jesus, believe me, but church views are narrow, harrowing, controlling. You are made to be divine, do not forget this! @FredFooledMe I couldn't fight it any longer, I actually had to experience a manic psychosis to bring this to light, our subconscious is very real and affects the conscious brain evry second...I read some of Carl Jungs work which is juxtaposed to western psychiatry before i finally got it...western pshychology and psychiatry are nothing more than capatalist control systems, they don't weant us well because there's no money in well people :)

Being molested is terrible and ugly, all the more when your assailant is in the shadows, but at least as such, if it helps, as such, they cannot do much but make the soul "feel" something is going on, at least they cannot really harm the body, unless we somehow allow it? Humans use all of their brain but only about 10 percent at a time. The Holy Qur'an speaks of the Jinn. The Qur'an says the Jinn are a 'dark smoke like being' and are visible to those that Allah chooses. The Qur'an says the Jinn, like human beings, have families, pets and the will to do good or evil (make decisions).
Also, I think these beings are of dark energy and matter. I'm almost 100 percent sure of this, but of course I'm not. I will post a link to a video as my evidence.
When you said the entity entered your body and you grinned--the same thing happened to me. I was mentally asking the entity what it wanted with me and then it entered my body. DO NOT TRY TO COMMUNICATE WITH THE DARK ENTITIES! I felt a strange sense of being at ease when it entered me and I too grinned. Like you, I forced the entity out of my body.
I was able to snap out of sleep paralysis by either willing myself out of it by shaking my head but something that worked INSTANTLY for me was calling to Allah for help. Also.......
My first encounter was when I was maybe 13 and I saw the "Hatman." When I noticed him around the corner he showed himself and then tried to take my breath away. Also, I felt as though my soul was being dragged through the bed, then the ground and through the Earth. I've had sleep paralysis on and off ever since but stopped seeing figures when I stopped fearing them.

Hey just got up and saw your first comment. Yeah "doctors" of the sort that only view things a certain, conditioned way, will not be able to help you. This is a soul battle. @yhx1000000 Sometimes dark and lacking souls leave their bodies to bother people too, for those incarnate as well I mean. I think we all leave our bodies from time to time at night in deep rest, and it is there that not all remember? I feel that a person instantly wins as soon as not allowing the fear to win. People that lose to the darkness are afraid of it, and enjoy selfish things, or are simply rather ignorant. The Light truly IS stronger and superior, and always safer ;)

I even think general nightmares in many places are caused by outside forces and not "our own fears manifesting as projections" or something funny like that. Bit of both maybe? @yhx1000000 Yeah a Light Source is great, Jesus is even bigger on the other side than here ;) Those dark souls try to terrify us so that we feel that God is not there, but rather, the attcks come to strengthen us, for we may choose ourselves our eventual or even immediate reaction, it is up to us. i'm a real big fan about Dragon ball Z so i imagined that if i went Super Saiyan like they do in the shows and all off a sudden i jumped up feeling a tremendous amount of strenght in my body and that was my 5th encounter with these shadow people / Demons and im only 12

@WolfShaman777 I have seen them in the middle of the day and also at night. Once I was woken to being choked and gasping for air and the second time it was peaceful. I heard my bedroom door open/close and felt an entity sit beside me on the bed and they put their hand on my forehead and said don't be scared I'm just checking on you.
I ALSO HAD MY OWN EXPERIENCE DEALING WITH THIS. I HAD JUST WOKE UP AROUND 2 OR 3 IN THE MORNING AFTER A LONG DAY AT WORK. I became victorious over the attacks and now, though they might try in more subtle ways, the actual fear or "terrorizing" has stopped, because I use Light to vanquish them. Interestingly a woman had hung herself in this house in the 1930s but I grew up there and never experienced anything, although I have always been a bit obsessed by the paranormal. I think I might have had sleep paralysis when I was a child as I remember waking up and being very scared of a shadow but hard to say for sure. Can SP not be scary? : )
@heatherindublin Hey, well what is meant by actual shadow people can differ greatly from a curious spirit in general, but I suppose definitions in general can be blurry, who is an expert on these things? Not many? Generally, SPs are malicious when the word is used by most. Perhaps your "friend" is a curious onlooker of sorts. I encountered one during the morning. I called it Cloak Man because it looked like it was wearing a cloak.
I was flat on my back. Apparently I couldnt move and it was watching me. I noticed I had transparent shackles and chains around my arms, legs, and a shackle around my neck... I starred at it and grunted at it and then I was forced to look upward....
I started to move my left hand and it twitched... As I balled my hand into a fist I jumped up!

I relate to this video, the other night I had to battle a large werecat beast with red eyes and sharp teeth, He broke down the door, I stabbed him and then I had him in an under arm choke hold because I was afraid he would bite me and I stabbed him a few times in his back shoulder. then they came in forms of people with evil grins and doing bad acts. A few years ago I seen some in the daylight during sleep and another asking me why I was running from them. I thought I was going crazy till now.

yesterday was SCARY i was completly awake but i couldn't move my body only my eyes and i felt my leg move up and it felt light as a feather and i could see it with my own eyes.
This paralyzing thing happens more and more! I wake up from a dream, feel this weight on my chest like im suffocating and being crushed and feeling a presence or seeing a shadow.
But when i say a mantra it goes away and i can move.

Hi Wolf. When I was 13, I encountered pretty much what you were talking about. It happened at my cousins house and I feel asleep in his room. Something woke me up, and I soon realized I couldnt move, I felt like a heavy pressure was on my chest. I do know that there was fear, as I looked slowly to the corner of the room, I saw 3 shadows. Humanoid, with the outline of a head, shoulders, but no hands or feet. I got angry and forced myself to speak and told them to fuck off. They disappeared.

Sleep Paralysis is real i suffered this for a few years when i smoked weed seriosly it was most terrifying i stopt the weed and it was a lot less frequent when i got Sleep Paralysis now its not happning so much maybe 2 -3 times a year . lucid dreaming helps also scary at first then after a while it gets more controlable.

This happened to me the other night. I woke up to my door opening and I could feel somebody come into my room and sit down on my bed. At first I thought it was my mom, but I could just tell that it was something scary.. or evil as other people say. Then I felt something by my face. I was too scared to open my eyes and find out. They were making noises Soon after I was able to move and I covered my face with my blanket and I started to hear gun shots. It was the scariest expirence of my life.

He saw himself stabbed in a dream, and the next day found out a neighbour had been murdered. Sometimes a spirit tries to give a message. I wonder if that happened to you?

I had a quite frightening experience with a shadow entity whilst in the state of sleep paralysis. I awoke frozen, and a shadow roughly the size and shape of a dog rushed me and made my bed bounce up and down. Seemed a deliberate attempt to scare or intimidate me. The shadow was 3d, as if space itself was crumpled up like paper, really difficult to describe.

I was never indoctrinated with any religion and grew up an agnostic, but to him I had to choose one or the other. It happened to me once,i could not move and there was a dark male entity with a very wide brimmed hat sitting at the side of my bed,i remember i was staring at him for perhaps a minute,for some reason i did not feel any sense of dread at the time but i certainly did the following day,he reached out his hand toward my face and i woke up the next morning,im certain i was awake at the time and it was not a dream,as i said it only happened once and it was a few years ago,i was around 23 or 24.

Sorry for all the comments. It actually happens to you at any age. It happened to me at 16, I am now 17. And from ages 6-8 I remember a reoccurring "dream" (it was actually an astral travel) where I would float (I felt massive vibrations) in a grassland where skeletal shadow beings roamed, then I would stop floating infront of this MASSIVE giant entity that was a mass of darkness and filth, it's skin looked like burnt wood. But it happens at any age. For me the "sleep paralysis" was at 16.

Worship of Jesus is worship of the sun, Christ is just an allegory for the sun, the Romans literalized this metaphor/story. When one prays to Jesus, they are sending energies out to the sun where other entities live and thrive off of these energies. That's why I say don't ask "God" for help, because it's taking power away from yourself; giving it to others who may/may not exist.

This video is fairly old, I assume you have far more knowledge now, but you were seeing through your 3rd eye, the flesh eyes cannot perceive the frequencies. & I am glad you don't label entities as "demons/angels" they are high/low vibratory and nothing more... positive/negative in simple words.

Back in my "sleep paralysis" days (a year ago) when I first experienced it, I actually ripped my consciousness out of my body, and perceived it to be "reality". This shadow being was scaring me and I decided "fuck it, I'm gonna attack this thing" and "woke up". After that first "sleep paralysis" experience, I've been visited in my room by shadow beings quite often, one day I was fed up and said FUCK OFF in a megatron voice... now they visit me no more.

@DaephFX The most terrifying of my sleep paralysis experiences were when my door would slowly open and there would be this white robed 6 foot tall person standing in the doorway, face covered and fully clad in white robes, just standing in the doorway staring at me. I don't know what to make of that, I haven't found any info on white robed beings. I've also been visited by a faceless little girl in a nightgown when I was in an AWAKE state, and have been attacked by a small grey.

@DaephFX Now I've learned to Astral project... now I challenge these beings, when I see them in my house with ill intent (whilst projecting), I simple tell them "FUCK OFF". I've also practiced & managed to manifest light in the form of a sword in my hand (whilst projecting, I'm a big fantasy nerd) to fend off "demons". All in all, the encounters were scary as fuck, but they forced me into a greater state of awareness.
To anyone in trouble, learn astral projection.. it's your remedy. Not "God".

This happened 2 me. I think the swift bl/gr shadows are demons n angels and the large silhouette that comes is god. I asked 4 god to not let me die and thats when the large one appeared and put his hand on me and said they are here to help me. I then awoke in a sterile white room having a metal rod shoved up my nose. I was then thrown back onto my bed.

Man you described the incubus down to a T. I have have numerous attacks, where the paralysis sets in and you can only move your eyes and look around. The bad dreams are put into your head by the evil spirit. It tries to make you forget whats happening to you and suck the life energy from your spirit. The only way I could ever get out of it was to ask God to help me, and when I do, I can jump up right away. Its not cool and its happened to a few people/family I know. 3 O'Clock is hell hour

I've had it happen (coincidentally also in my early 20's), but just once. That's no damn sleep paralysis. Anyone who will swear that it's just sleep paralysis has never had it happen. I remember suddenly waking up, not being able to move my body, but did see AS CLEAR AS DAY a figure that was darker than the darkness of my room, almost like a void as if there was a tear in reality clearly in a human form, cross around the foot of my bed to my side and leaned over me. Saw this is CLEAR as day.

Sleep Paralysis is a defense mechanism. A chemicals released when ur in deep delta phase sleep. SP prevents u from sleepwalking into traffic while u dream ur walking in Disney-world. When we wake & SP overstayed its welcome its known as mind awake body asleep & is a door to OOBE and Astral Projection. Beat the fear, cause fear can feel multiplied there. Shadow people will get you to harm yourself via fear / telekinesis but not physically harm you. Now I ask them what they want or if I can help them and if not to "F" off and don't waste my time. You cannot fear delving into the hidden states of consciousness. Fear attracts fright. The weird thing for me is not the creature or the shadow but that im right handed and right footed, lol. The first and last paralysis dream i had was when i was about 21-22, I was pinned to my bed belly down and something was 'messing' with my kidney area, I didnt know i was dreaming at the time but all i could think was "when i get free i'm gonna get you". As soon as i was 'released' i bound after this figure, out of my room, down the stairs in two leaps and as i got to the kitchen a creature with many shining eyes and huge mouth with lots of teeth came out of the darkness.....

Even as we live in bodies, we live without bodies too. Some "out-of-body" are jealous and nasty, and try to bother people. The Holy Qur'an speaks of the Jinn. The Qur'an says the Jinn are a 'dark smoke like being' and are visible to those that Allah chooses. The Qur'an says the Jinn, like human beings, have families, pets and the will to do good or evil (make decisions).

My first encounter was when I was maybe 13 and I saw the "Hatman." When I noticed him around the corner he showed himself and then tried to take my breath away. Also, I felt as though my soul was being dragged through the bed, then the ground and through the Earth. I've had sleep paralysis on and off ever since but stopped seeing figures when I stopped fearing them.

@FredFooledMe I know what it is like to be afraid to go back to bed! You are stronger than they are, remember it!!! Light will win over them, please trust that. Wish I could do more. Take courage! They are cowards because go it it from the secret shadows when we are vulnerable. If you can (and you will) beat them there, there is no place they can have a real victory. For me? If they ever want to bug me again, I say, "bring it!!!" Love and Light to you!

Hey just got up and saw your first comment. Yeah "doctors" of the sort that only view things a certain, conditioned way, will not be able to help you. This is a soul battle. Oh my dear friend, please try and be strong! Many many people have dealt with this, are dealing with it, and will deal with it. Yes I have heard stories of them molesting and trying all sorts of nasty things. Your will power and courage to fight them off will do it.

after hanging out with a group of people who i later realised they were satanists and told them to leave me alone i was experiencing these attacks for a period of around three months.and also other things that i wont hve enough letters to write here. i got rid of it by becoming a follower of Jesus in this way.I was fully awake at night and to tell the spirit in jesus name i command you to go back to the abyss but when i tried to say it a strong fear attack came on to me it was difficult to say

@yhx1000000 Sometimes dark and lacking souls leave their bodies to bother people too, for those incarnate as well I mean. I think we all leave our bodies from time to time at night in deep rest, and it is there that not all remember? I feel that a person instantly wins as soon as not allowing the fear to win. People that lose to the darkness are afraid of it, and enjoy selfish things, or are simply rather ignorant. The Light truly IS stronger and superior, and always safer ;)

this has happened to me so many times i have lost count and every time i have fort it off with struggle but just the other week i felt like i through it off me and i never panicked this time i felt no fear and shouted at it not had one since, thanks for the vid it has helped me realise what it is now.

@lukechrislaw Hey my pleasure, yes I too was bothered for a long time by them, now they can do nothing. I even think general nightmares in many places are caused by outside forces and not "our own fears manifesting as projections" or something funny like that. Bit of both maybe? I think the attacks do come for a reason, and to souls who are capable and are meant to win :) Glad to hear you have found your courage, at first, it is rather shocking, no?

@yhx1000000 Yeah a Light Source is great, Jesus is even bigger on the other side than here ;) Those dark souls try to terrify us so that we feel that God is not there, but rather, the attcks come to strengthen us, for we may choose ourselves our eventual or even immediate reaction, it is up to us. Glad to hear they stopped!!

this has happened to me numerous times and i think its kinda funny how i fight it off ....
i'm a real big fan about Dragon ball Z so i imagined that if i went Super Saiyan like they do in the shows and all off a sudden i jumped up feeling a tremendous amount of strenght in my body and that was my 5th encounter with these shadow people / Demons and im only 12

@WolfShaman777 I have seen them in the middle of the day and also at night. Once I was woken to being choked and gasping for air and the second time it was peaceful. I heard my bedroom door open/close and felt an entity sit beside me on the bed and they put their hand on my forehead and said don't be scared I'm just checking on you.

I ALSO HAD MY OWN EXPERIENCE DEALING WITH THIS. I HAD JUST WOKE UP AROUND 2 OR 3 IN THE MORNING AFTER A LONG DAY AT WORK. WHEN I WOKE UP IT WAS A TALL SHADOW FIGURE LOOKING AT ME AT THE EDGE OF MY BED. IT SAW ME AND KNOWS THAT I SEEN IT. IT LOOKED AT ME FOR A COUPLE OF SECONDS THEN WALKED TOWARDS THE BEDROOM DOOR AND EVAPORATED FROM THE FEET ON UP. I ALSO HAVE THE SLEEP PARALYSIS OFTEN ASWELL. I AM 21 YEARS OLD. IM NOT SURE ON HOW TO DEAL WITH THIS AND I AM VERY CONFUSED. NOT SURE WHAT IT MEANS.

@Richard205maria Hey friend. Well it means we are meant to go through it, it is okay. I became victorious over the attacks and now, though they might try in more subtle ways, the actual fear or "terrorizing" has stopped, because I use Light to vanquish them. We are gifted if we are seen as enemies to dark spirits, let us remember this always! Love and Light to you!

Well some are lost souls who are very jealous of us, others are simply out-of-body, and are just as we are, I figure there is a difference in our own projected fear, and then what is being actually "forced" on us by another. Therein is the difference? Did the woman's spirit seem malicious, or not?

@WolfShaman777 Thanks for the swift reply! I don't know if she was malicious or not. I just know I was extremely scared as I always am when it happens. Interestingly a woman had hung herself in this house in the 1930s but I grew up there and never experienced anything, although I have always been a bit obsessed by the paranormal. I think I might have had sleep paralysis when I was a child as I remember waking up and being very scared of a shadow but hard to say for sure. Can SP not be scary? : )

@heatherindublin Hey, well what is meant by actual shadow people can differ greatly from a curious spirit in general, but I suppose definitions in general can be blurry, who is an expert on these things? Not many? Generally, SPs are malicious when the word is used by most. Perhaps your "friend" is a curious onlooker of sorts. In my own talk, I am using the "shadow" add-on to mean shadowy and un-friendly. Anyhow, just the common use I guess. Love and Light.

@heatherindublin heather yes/no.... i have had two incidences of this... one was scary couldn't move, only could move eyes, something on my chest choking me, and me gasping for air... The second time this happened to me it didn't feel evil... I heard my bedroom door open... i woke couldn't move and barely open my eyes enough to see my door open/close,... I felt the entity sit down on my bed at my head, a peaceful feeling, put thier hand on my head and said calm down it's ok i'm just checkin on u

@WolfShaman777 (part 2) ....I don't know whether I could see or just sense it, moved around the room then seemed to come sink into me, it felt as if I passed out with fear then woke up in the morning. Another major one was when I was 29 and I woke up with a strong sense of a woman although I could not see her. She floated above me then sank in and it felt as if she used my body to breathe. Again I was so scared I'm not sure what happened after
