I got it while downloading an update to Cave Story to my internal flash today.

Um this is old & it's a very Weird. & it's only happens rarely & most people don't ever get a chance to see it.

It's been around since the beginning.

@richkawaiipikachu I didn't say it was new, just rare. I've read it happens more frequently to users when they chose SD for storing the game. Can't prove it, but that's why I mention SD as a possible cause.
