I actually beleve in hypnosis to a point, that if we can relax our minds and suceed in making a suggestion to ourselves, for instance, feeling warm when it's cold out, then accept that idea and make ourselves beleve it, it does work. I however do dot beleve it can be used against someone who doesn't want to be hypnotized or that you can force a person to do something they don't want to.

haha, yes I did. It's a phrase from an old kid's show about a super hero named "Hypno Pants", whom has a spiral on his bottom. I'm not really sure why I picked up on it, but now, a decade later... Hypno Pants has grown on me and has become me, as I have become Hypno Pants :P

Infact, the name hypno pants has become so popular that I find it "already chosen" in MMORPGs and things like AIM :P and not just HypnoPants or Hypno Pants... but all variations of it too!! LOL! :)

I believe it was from "The Amanda Show" or something, probably picked it up whilst in the midst of changing the channel to "Family/Disney" for my little sis... in the process, and in the right channel in the right time... I heard "Hypno Pants" and found myself watching the entire lame children's skit.

Needless to say, I ended up calling myself that, of course I was maybe 14 at the time :P but as I said, it stuck with me, grew on me, etc.
