I lost access to this game for many years after I -broke- failed to properly handle the disc. Getting it back was so awesome, and this level has a lot of "I'M LIKE 7 AND ADVENTURES" built into my brain now. Good times.

@supermario886438 I'm not exactly sure what you're referring to. As you can see, I wrote a lot of comments and that was also 6 months ago. For some reason, I have trouble understanding my own comments. I think I was talking about how it's a different experience to play a game for the first time and about how playing A Crack In Time for the first time was different from playing UYA or GC for the first time because by then I had already kind of grown tired of always playing the same sort of game.

@TheStimpyland I know that there are many people who think that Jak 2 is the best game ever, but I also like the Ratchet & Clank series much more than the Jak & Daxter series. Indeed, I had a trouble playing through the whole game, not because it was difficult in a challenging way, but because it was just annoyingly difficult. It is just not my type of game. Still, after having the game lying around for 2 years, I finally managed to play it through. But I don't really want to play it again.

I actually figured out a way to skip this entire level in challenge mode by using wall climbing to skip the need for the hypnomatic.

i kept destroying the tranciever bots on the "M" for megacorp, but they kept respawning. and no matter how many times i shot that "M," it would just flash red and keep spinning. is there any point to that?

I thought that snow level with the crystals was harder, because your weapons and armor weren't as well prepared for the challenge (unless you were fabulously wealthy).

@Kreloar the Snivelak boss was WAY too hard to be that early in the game.

@shrub74 The boss is incredibly easy, but I've also done the impossible challenge first-try when I first (!) went to Joba and I've practically raced through the game even though I hadn't played it for 2 years. In short: I could play this game in my sleep. But really, you just have to use the turrets for the robot, that's it. No boss in this game was difficult (for me at least as I've been playing Ratchet & Clank games for 10 years).

@supermario886438 Those levels used to be very hard for me, I remember it very well. It took me a long time to do those levels, especially Grelbin and Snivelak. Unfortunately I've mastered the game to such a degree that everything's boring for me now. This became clear especially after I did the impossible challenge on the first playthrough (not challenge mode) only with the Heavy Bouncer, Plasma Coil, Minirocket Tube and the Megaturret Glove. And I even expected more, I expected 100 rounds!

Unfortunately I didn't feel anything like that when I played a Crack in Time: Either it was too easy, or I had grown too accustomed to the Ratchet & Clank games and because I mastered the controls, I could also do everything else, even though the game itself was new to me. Oh yes I do reminisce about the old days because now I already know everything, sometimes ignorance is bliss indeed. Well, at least I still have the games.
