for me the euro's are bigger than the world cup because there is more passion and harder competiton involved and its very emotional if your country wins or loses. i remember my country turkey at the semi-finals of 2002 world cup and euro 2008 but i was more upset when we lost in euro 08 i was literally crying and i didnt go to school for 2 days because of how emotional i was

in 2006 that goal came early, if portugal was indeed superior they should have got the equalizer.

2008, refs wont call that, it was a slight push, overall germany outplayed portugal, they were always trailing after the first goal and couldn't manage quality chances unlike the germans.
