There are parts that are difficult to understand. There's no reason to have someone who can't properly pronounce some of the script because they are untrained in a foreign language. All announcers in Japan have pronunciation guidelines and need to be able to pass a test before they can get the job. You think this announcer could get a job in America or for NHK in Japan? The woman in the beginning is fine, and so is the the translator at the end. Why use someone faceless to read a script when it
