I haven't received mine either, but the deadline for applications isn't until the end of March. The website says we'll be notified May 1st of our status. Personally I'm doubting I'll be accepted, but I still have the air force academy and STEM.

Just wonderin, when u apply, is it better to send just ur GPA and current standing in ur class or include everything like SAT and PSAT scores? cuz i took the SAT in january and i don't get my scores until another week or so. is not sending ur SAT score gonna make a real difference on whether or not u get accepted or not??
i want to go to a military academy summer seminar so bad, but my gpa this year is about a 3.7 or 3.8, and my SATs are 620 right now but im taking them again soon, and will raise them but i dont think ill get in. my school is really competative, and i live in MA. im probs in the top 30i ran xc but no varsity, i run winter track and will make varsity, but thats it. i play rugby, am in band, but not a lot of extracurriculars. i want to go really bad though, looks awesome.

ya we got to go to Arlington. I had so much fun there too. The silent drill team was awesome and the band was Amazing. I had a few Marine friends in the band. It started sprinkling though but It was really cool.

Just kdding. Its necessary training so the group acts as a dedicated single unit and not a bunch of individuals. It uses stress and rewards which is a technique used by many.
so it brings people together to strive for a common goal... sounds good to me.... working as a unit is good a group of people working together can do more than a single person...
Bleh, shouldn't be that bad. You can always make up for it Junior and Senior years. It's not always too late. "Don't Give Up The Ship" In other words, don't give up.
