Nice video :) You're keeping to the right quite good, I've seen much worse in the US. How fast was that truck driving around 2 minutes? In Europe they're mostly restricted to 50 - 55 mph. Great view towards the end on the Delaware Valley. I though the I-84 is one of the few toll-free Delaware crossings in the region (especially to the south).
The truck @ 2 mn? Probably about 68MPH. How fast a truck can go around here usually depends on where the company or other agency sets the governor. My work van is set to 78MPH-that was set be the company we leased the van from.
Basically every bridge(with few exceptions) south of the IH 84 is toll-so that's your last shot at a toll-free crossing. They make you pay to get out of NJ :)
