HEY EVERYBODY,,, You like trashcan drumming??? search up "Eagle Pass Metropolis" ,,,these kids know how to entertain a crowd some what like these guys,,, search them up, they're great!!!!!
@allXelseXfails I actually mentioned nothing of a thousand dollar drum sets. I enjoy the street drummers but it's generally the ones that use the buckets and other various items. Just using an awful sounding garbage can is pathetic.
Sweet!!! Drum Line meets STOMP!! Goto the Seattle World Rhythm Festival !! This kinda stuff is EVERYWHERE!!!!! Well there anyway! See ya at the Circles!
So joe, Having an honest job at a theme park where they make you dress up, is a call for attention? I bet you can even keep a beat on a trash can like these guys can. Probably cause you have no talent other than bad mouthing others for the skills they have a put to good work!
This comment has received too many negative votesshow
I chuckle to myself thinking, "what some people will do for attention. Ha, ha."
Now, ask yourself this question, "what if this were my son, my brother, my father, my husband. Would I feel proud, or stupid for them?"
Of course you'd be embarrassed. Sort of the same feeling you would get if you came home and found your father, son, or husband running naked through the front yard sprinklers.
If these dudes want to dress like the grocery store meat guy, that's their problem.
Actually, I'd be proud if one of my relatives could do this. This is percussive art at it's most creative. Look up stomp. What these guys are doing is exactly the same. They just do it at Disneyland
Dude, running through front yard sprinklers naked would be AWESOME!!
If only we had sprinklers...
Oh, and pertaining to the video - These guys may very well could have wanted to have some fun? Playing in a trash can drumline makes for a pretty funny story!
See id do it because i have a friend who marched dci and tells me themeparks pay good money and you do very little like most of the time you chill in the back of the park and start off at 32 bucks an hour, suddenly i dont mind being a janitor
@TacoTown241 In a really busy and crowded area, its not unheard of for good street performers to make $80 an hour. Plus on some trashcans? thats gotta be the easiest stolen instrument and probably the cheapest.. haha.
our drum instructor from two years ago was in this until he moved to texas and he'll totally own any of you haters. it's not like they play on trashcans all the time they're real drummers
sure some guys can put on their uniforms and there snares and play stuff using their cool stick tricks but to tell you the truth I'd rather watch this then a snare line anyday
hey i prob... could do that, i march drum corps and we do that exact same things, not with trash cans tho. i wana know how i can tryout 4 something like that??

@jdspringr07 If it's just "loud annoying sounds in your ears" then you can't appreciate a good beat when you hear one.. Sorry, but this was amazing.
Doesn't matter if they're playing on thousand dollar drum kits, or piece of shit pots and pans, it's still astonishing to hear :/

Float is 6'6", I think. He and Ralph Hardimon -- who's of like height -- were co-center snares for the Anaheim Kingsmen in 1972.
I marched soprano for Blue Devils in 1984....Float was always a hoot to listen to when he was speaking to the battery.
