Also, as Ive mentioned, creating new energy sources wont create jobs. It will only relocate them. We have a very stable energy demand in the US. Creating more energy wont increase that demand. Even though oil wont last forever, there is more than enough to get us out of this mess.

I think Patterson made the right choice. McCarthy obviously doesn't know jack about unity.

I wonder if Hillary had a hand in the picking though. Gillibrand helped Clinton in her own 2000 Senate campaign and even though Hillary is Liberal I suspect she is wary of a radical far left takeover of the party. And Carolyn Kennedy supported Obama over Clinton in the presidential primary.

I may disagree with McCarthy on some aspects of gun control, but Gillibrand and her NRA go way to far.

As long as McCarthy does not support hunting, i'll support her despite our disagreement on gun issues. Gillibrand is anti-animal and anti-environment. Much like Paterson.
