    Best regards,

    Matze

  • Wow....I first heard this song about 3 years ago & I am STILL in love with this. What a fantastic version of this lovely old song. It is truly one of the very prettiest versions of this that I have ever heard....EVER....in my life! Thank you Charlie! Love it!

  • Best version of Shenandoah i`ve heard

  • Absoluteley Great !!! Mega Voice. One of my favourite songs ever. It`s like a hymn.

  • ..America's Got Talent....

  • The absolutely best version of Shenandoah, I ever heard. Thanks for posting.

    Greetings , Matze

  • This is so beautiful it brought tears to my eyes.

  • lovely!

  • Wow, what a beautiful voice he has. I could listen to him all day. Wonderful! Thank you for posting.

  • I am going to seriously agree with USAF1947's comment. This world deserves a better class of music and honour.

  • @OllieOxenFree18 I agree with bot of you guys. These songs are more powerful than most of the songs that come out now.

  • even tho im english i love american folk songs

  • Makes me realize that I was born in the wrong century.

What happened to the old times like this? So much more honor and morality. I'm nostalgic.

  • You should be happy that you're alive and can still listen to this beautiful music. I wish I was a teenager in the 50's but I'm 19 in 2008 but I'm very thankful that there are people out there that share the same taste in music as me.

  • Glad someone else feels this way too

  • chills....

thank you for posting...more please!! I'm ordering a CD or DVD TODAY! Thanks again!

  • Oh wow, I'm in love. When you hear him you realize that something old like this is just as beautiful and sensuous as anything we hear today.

  • I only just discovered Charlie Zahm a couple of weeks ago when I was looking for the song, " The Blacksmith of Brandywine " on a google search and it sent me here. I will always be grateful to Google for that. He is a wonderful vocalist and musician. And this is indeed a beautiful rendention of this timeless classic.

  • Wow, thank you. This is exactly why we've posted this stuff for Charlie! More people need to hear him ; -) Everyone needs to hear him actually!!!

  • And thank you most kindly for posting him, Markay1. Please continue to do so whenever you get new videos of him, as I live in Texas and it is unlikely I will get to see him in person. And if you happen to know him please try to talk him into appearing at the Texas Rennaissance Festival. I live 26 miles from it and attend at least twice every year. I will be ordering his CD's for sure. Thanks again, my friend.

  • That is so nice.

Charlie usually goes to San Antonio every year in Oct. for a Christian festival but he isn't going this year.

  • An exceptional rendering of this song! Not only does he have a fantastic voice, but he's a good guitarist as well. He has a flair for the dramatic, and what terrific vocal control!

  • Charlie always does a great job. I've had the pleasure of seeing him a number of times. Love that Celtic Classic in Bethlehem PA!

  • Because the camera person was trying to set it on her knee ; -)

  • Very beautiful, very stirring :)

  • I've always loved this song & this guy does a beautiful job....wonderful voice!
