nobody...it's kind of long story, but Dan needed a heart transplant and the guy that died was the one that was in line before him to get a heart and Dan was tring to like kill him or something because he thought he deserved it more.

It was like an internal battle within himself to choose which path to take 1) be exactly like the old dan: selfish, immature, and evil 2) or learn from the past and be a better person. He chose #2. Then nanny carrie ran him over
