i had about a half year ago a very delighting experience with a bottle of Tres Palacios Merlot 2006 Familiy Vintage, Maipo Valley, Chile

you probably know somthing that is called vacuumizer or so, anyway, at the first day the bottle was pretty mediocre for about 15 bucks over here. i drank few days very little had it about 72 hours vacuumized which equals about 1 day decanting, but it ages way better! anyway, then it was like wow! An experience equal to a vega sicilia unico to me.
