Unfortunately Texas doesn't prohibit corporal punishment, either in school or at home. Many of the Southern states don't prohibit it. But what the "Judge" did was wrong, flat out wrong. @zienkaras let me point out something to you.... Victims learn to bite their tongues. Victims learn that the more noise they make, the longer the abuse lasts because the MONSTERS GET OFF ON THE VICTIM'S SUFFERING! So OF COURSE she quiets down... because she knows from experience it shortens the duration of her suffering. So until you've been a victim, why don't you shut your mouth.
There is a HUGE difference between a disciplinary spanking and an abusive beating. THAT WAS AN ABUSIVE BEATING!

In that video, you find 3 of the forms. There is no way that it can be anything but Abuse. Definition of Victim:One who is harmed or killed by another.One who is harmed by or made to suffer from an act, circumstance, agency, or condition. She is all of that and more........ she IS A VICTIM.
