Jag lärde mig iaf 2 genom att låta en annan person kasta in D2 med fart. Sedan tränar du att handkasta in den själv.
Leta på youtube så hittar du tutorials, du kommer antagligen att ha lärt dig 2 innan jag ens är halvklar med en:S

What do you mean 2D sun? You mean from a fan (like Yabe)? Or from a sprinkler to double hand? Sorry, but I don´t quite understand the question (english is not my first language;).
Well. You could just do a sun to your right arm. Then pop your left diabolo over your left. Maybe this is what you´re talking about. Ryo Yabe does a double armstall from a vortex and it looks very nice (look at his promo). Hope that helps?
To do it I just do the left sun to armstall one and before anyone notice i grap the string on the other side during the sun do both diabolos will be armstalled :D
