why engine 2 throttle lower than no. 1? can u use the trottles to stear in a multi engine aicraft? howabout a 777?

It's because the Ground Spoilers are armed (CoPilot says it during the before takeoff check). When you put both throttles into the hard stops, the ground spoilers come up when armed.
