Very professionally done video but have you really found this helpful??? This is doing nothing to address what's driving the problem and is part of this misinformation that many runners and triathletes need to navigate through in a quest to resolve their condition. I like tape for acute muscle strains but these are very rare among endurance athletes unless they are really pushing their body in shorter distance races.
i have hip pain right around the bone that sticks out on the hip should i try this taping technique or the technique shown in one of the other videos for hip flexor pain
@tintorri10 You can try both applications and see which one helps you most- You can also have custom applications emailed to you by submitting your inquiry at kttape.com. Go to the "Instructions" pages and in the right hand sidebar you will see a link to "Ask An Expert". The KT Tape team will email you with a custom application for your pain! remember to consult a clinician if the pain persists and needs diagnosis. Good Luck!
@LumosInc I'm a fairly heavy set guy...now I went to my doctors to figure out what was wrong with this pain that i had in my hip and leg for about 3yrs went i went to see him see keep suggesting it was all caused by my weight (which I know plays a very large part in it) but he also said its only your hip thats hurting i did some research and found out i believe i have it band syndrome and id really like to get some outside help with this issue....is so can you contact me via email.....

yes-you can apply two apps at the same time. Just be careful not to overlap tape. The tape sticks much better to skin than it does to itself.

Can this be applied even if I have kinesio taped for hip flexor pain as well?
