  • Lajawab.

  • kya baat hai

  • 1st of all thks for the upload..as we can all agree when combination like Kishore Da /RD Burman and Gulzar Saab occured definite dhamaka and epic music/movie/cinematogrophy has been created-keep in mind there was no computer animation to make this movie attractive-pure talent indeed-story was depicted from a Bengali writer Sarat Chandra Bose based in rural Bengal.Hat off to KK for his immortal music RIP KK/RD B/Gulzar Saab..God bless u all

  • A deep and beautiful song that nobody can match today!

  • People have killed music these days..all copied from one place or other..see the innovation here

  • do not expect anything better than this.is SIMPLY SUUUUUUPEEEEERB.

  • superb and nothing but superb

  • a pretty song... wid lovely lyrics !

  • it explains and expresses meaning of life

  • What is so great about this song? The rhythm, tune, voice, lyrics or the setting? In my mind it is the combination that springs from the fact that time moves from endless to endless, rendering a never ending journey to an illusive non ending nowhere while there is a mystic touch of a saviour extending a hand of support during the majhdar (storm) and thereby securing you to ensure that you would continue endlessly - beautiful / brilliant / benevolent

  • This song Increase your heartbeat, no matter how many time you listen. Right no, yeah.

  • Its a lovely song with sweet depth meanings..repeated listening to the song takes me to another world...not at this stage of life could any one come up with such a sweet songs...Its just fabulous..

  • wow! what a song. must have heard this at least a hundred times. but, each time it gives me a totally new experience.Kishoreda, Gulzar Saahab and Panchamda have created gem of a song. mind blowing, fantastic, excellent.unfortunately, today's singers, lyricists & music composers don't make such type of songs in Hindi Cinema. Oh! what a pity.

  • today of all days, one misses kishore kumar. i was at the highest battlefield on this day when i heard the radio. still very fresh in my mind, this day of 1987.

  • indeed mystifying

  • The expression of this song mirrors that of life itself. Such a beautiful way to say that life has its ways, sometimes you can, but only go with the flow.

This song has been with me wherever I may be. Pulled me through a lot of toogh times. Gives a much needed perspective to life.

  • wow..., a sailor with glasses . i like the serenity of the pink sundown

  • @lunafringe10 - I do not really give much attention on the actor.. but Kishore Kumar, the singer, was absolutely amazing and when combined with R D Burman and Gulzar.... well.. not sure whether the 'gang' can be described in words!!

  • gives me chills every time i listen to this song...

and d great thing abt d song is d music...it is just perfect...

  • a golden song from a golden voice

  • Wow what a nice philosophical song amidst such a beautiful backdrop! Even though I was born in the 80s, I wish I could go back to the India of 70s and early 80s, when there was no cellphone and internet, and sail down a river like this on a moonlit night, with hardly anyone in sight, and think about the world and the universe...

Today that would be impossible, for I'm sure I'd receive countless phone calls, SMS's, emails, not to mention the sound of honking vehicles coming from far off places.

  • ASE MAHAN SINGER KO BHAGVAN KYU BULA LETA HAI...? MAI YEH GANA YOUTUBE PE KITNI BAR SUNA HOGA WHO MUZE HI PATA NAHI ,,, HA , LEKIN JITNI BHI BAR SUNA UTNI BAR JARUR ROYA... AUR 1 BAT YEH HAI KI ,, YAHI GANA ABHIJIT SAWANT NE GAKER USE INDIAN IDOL KA KITAB MILA ... KISHORE SAHAB MAI AAPKA BAHOT BAHOT BAHOT BADA FAN HOO.... MAIN JABHI GANA GATA HOO AAPKI TASWIR AAKHO KE SAMNE LATA HOO... AUR WOH BHI PUBLIC PLACE HO YA BATHROOM ....

  • @jeetu262 mere bhai lekin rone vaali baat achi nahin, its not a good idea to get sadistic pleasures listening to a song.

  • 3 Legends in one song.... Perhaps the best KK and RD song.....

  • one of the best compositions ever made....and the singing of kishore kumar made it eternal..great to hear such a beautiful song....everytime...

  • whats hritik roshan doing in this song ? @3:49

  • @whizkidishome hahaha true!

  • superb melody, one of the best I must say :)

  • The Guy at 0.49 is hrithik roshan lookalike back in 1975 or whenever this movie was released

  • Ekta and Tushar are sibling's Hence he is both of them's father. Jitendra

  • Awesome! It touches the soul!

  • is that hritik's dad?

  • No way. This is Jitendra.

  • Ekta Kapoor's dad.

  • no it is hritik himself...

  • No. This is Jitendra. Tushar Kapoor's Dad

  • One of my favorite songs of my favorite singer and composer.

  • I think Kishore kumar does full justice to this song..there cannot be a better singer than Kishore for this song..lovely song..

  • @kanupriyaa no doubt abt it....

    its a heart touching song..

  • it's a pity for the actors today, that we don't have KishoreDa anymore. The actors today just don't get any opportunities to emote the way Jitendra got here. Just listening to the music by RD and the melodious voice, one can enter a contemplative mood. The closest in today's time would probably be Tanhayee from Dil Chahta Hai, but that song is on a more sadder vein. Nothing really that I can think of that is so philosophical and well done.

  • @vikrammahad - agree.. but,you forgot to mention the true master of this song... if you go into the depth of the lyrics, this is a lyrical miracle...

  • @aditya107 yes i agree. wouldn't have been this magical without the soulful lyrics.

  • one of the greatest song which i like the most. thanks you tube.

  • One of the rare good songs of Kishore da

  • great kishore..........hats off
