  • ADD DOES NOT EXIST.YOU ARE A PILL ADDICT THATS ALL.

  • @TheUnknownGrower fuck you

  • @TheUnknownGrower i dont take any pills so i dont know what you mean. or rather, you have no idea what you mean.

  • Lol she only has half an eye brow

  • I have a very hard time staying organized. Its awful to live like this.

  • This particular video touched me. 'Overwhelming' because of replacing things that aren't lost because you lose things so often and you don't know whether they're actually gone or just somewhere hidden.

If anyone ever wants to talk just leave a note on my profile

  • i hate this.... why am i so ADD. i dont wanna take pills. i just want my brain to work. this is not my fault

  • She's telling me about things I already know. Where's the advice on how to cope. Jeeze!

  • How on earth can a profession, passing off as medicine, help you to cope with life? Seriously, give this question much thought, and you will see that the same could apply to asking a priest to help one to cope. At its surface, the mental health professional seems polished and objective-which, in all fairness, is the image that is presented-however, the modern day priest-doctor (shrink, counselor) is only the clergy of a new religion that transforms moral issues into medical ones. To solve what?

  • @whiff1962 She's talking about problems some people with ADHD have. If the reason you can't cope is a physical defect, they certainly can help. In another video she also says that medicine is not the only thing that will help ADHD people get better, also counseling to get better due to having lived with ADHD so long that they've gotten such bad self esteem and a view of them selves that it will be hard to get past it.

The medicine can help the physical aspect, but not the self esteem aspect.

  • @SpeedFreakNO It doesn't matter if one talks drug therapy or not with any so-called mental illness. Low self-esteem is but one of many issues that both those who seek long term "therapy", and those who never do, have to face. The stigmatizing nature of being labeled is but part of a career as mentally ill (disordered) for many.

  • @whiff1962 To your original question that I first replied to:

If they help you with the underlaying problem and make that something you can manage. Then they help you with the psychological problems having the underlying problem for so long has caused you, and this again makes you able to cope with life.

This isn't helping you cope with life? If not directly, they're making the things that makes you unable to cope with life manageable, so you can in fact cope with life.

  • @SpeedFreakNO Gibberish!

  • @whiff1962 That's a great reply. I'm ending this discussion here.

  • If this video about ADHD is correct, then how do you differentiate between the sloth of those with ADHD and sloth of those who do not have ADHD? Is it even possible to be a sloth if you don't have ADHD?

  • Oh crap!! I need to clean my WHOLE kitchen. I JUST remembered... :(

  • You that right......I was wondering why I wasn't like the other kids.....Thanks

  • The caring, velvet glove oppression of freedom and personal liberty. That pretty much is what the MH quackery field is.

  • Negatively framing so-called mental illnesses and disorders makes for more interesting and compelling discourse, than avering that many purported ADD individuals go on to be highly successful. The MH profession is not concerned with positive labeling, only the power grab and money making of the negative attributes of respective disorders.
