    cop car:eerrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

  • he stopped before the lines

  • Black people need to have another channel to highlight all the racist shit that goes on. You guys have the money now. I'm SURE no one would have a problem giving it views and it would definitely invite a lot of advertisements. Bro from Asia

  • You have to understand that the police are now hired from a pool of low IQ mental deficients to protect the traitors of the NWO. THEY ARE NOT OUT THERE TO "SERVE AND PROTECT".....YOU!

If you don't know that there are two sets of laws in this country then.....smarten up!

These goons and thugs LIKE abusing people and they do it for......money!

  • REV 18

  • The emergency lights on and the cyclist wildly rode across the street without paying attention, and was out side of the walk zone (though on a bike). The cyclist was an idiot, but the police should have reported the incident. The 2nd video they showed, with the officer tackling the cyclist in Times Square had a story to it. The cop got a call on the radio about someone fleeing a scene after an assault on his bicycle. The man had razor blades in his glove. The cop in that video was doing his job.

  • The officer has an obligation to report the incident and should have made sure the the bicyclist received medical attention. No, the officer will not loose his job. The officer and the Bicyclist should have both received citations. The cyclist for improper lane usage and the officer for not reporting an accident.

  • First off, the bicyclist was outside of the cross walk. About 2-3 feet in the traffic lane. The Office was coming to a stop before the cross walk, it just so happens the bicyclist was 2-3 feet BEFORE in the lane of traffic and outside the crosswalk. That being said that is no excuse for the officers conduct.

  • dumbo???

  • POLICE CAR HAD HIS LIGHTS ON, GOING TO AN EMERGENCY........ALL GOOD

  • Why did they completely ignore the fact that the bicyclist wasn't driving on the crosswalk?

  • Well that Easy u sue the Cop and the department because they are responsible for what goes one and its there duty to protect and serve just Like everyone else. If your not going to do your correctly and Not follow the rules of the road and or laws then get off the department and dont come back. Who knows deppending on how bad you break the law you could be arrested.

  • I saw the cop car with it's lights on and I am sure the sirens was going as well the cyclist was at fault in the accident but it still should have been reported. now that punishments are being handed out slap the biker with a much deserving ticket.

  • POLICE: The Largest Street Gang in the World!

  • The byciclist wasnt even in the crosswalk

  • wow at least he's getting criminal charges - what could they say though he hit a pedestrian in a cross walk.

  • OMG IV BEEN THERE

  • Cop should have reported it? Yes. "Horrible", "violent and bloody"? No.

  • @getkristan LOL HIS NAME IS DUMBO

  • @getkristan im pretty sure a person who hit and runs.. is a horrible person. this was during the day. what if this was at nite and he killed sumone. he would of kept going for sure..

  • i dont know the rules in trafic over there BUT he did stop b4 the marked crossing making the cyclist at fault (for beeing outside the marking) if that is where he should b...

  • @TainDK you have to stop 18 inches in front of it. thats the law

  • @TainDK --- hit and run dude. you can't leave the seen of an accident.

  • this reporters name is dumbo?

  • @tsharpmac420 dumbo brooklyn

  • dumbo..... :3

  • Simply kill those brainwashed machines ....

  • The commentator is so full of rubbish - he massively exaggerates the incident; having said that - unacceptable behaviour by the cop's. They are the first ones that would wreck your life if the roles were reversed.

  • Did I hear that right???

The cop in the passenger seat isn't gonna be investigated??

Well.. a cop that witnesses an accident and never reporting it. That's at least a violation of the duty to help people... let alone acting as a complice.

  • INSTEAD OF CRITICS DAMN PEOPLE WISE UP N BRING N END DIZ!!!!

  • The stupid biker probably did not look both ways!! Yeah! Way to go idiot!!

  • @Foxlandia

The cop ran the light genius!

  • If the guy on the bike stayed in the lines of the cross walk he'd be fine. Case solved.

  • looks like the guy on the bike decided not to look both ways before he crossed the street....

  • fuck that, the female officer should be charged as well, for helping drag the guy off the road the was aiding in the hit and run

  • The fucked up part, is that if he beat the shit out of the guy while screaming "stop resisting" instead of handing him a tissue, they would have gotten away with it.

  • DUMBO?

  • He should only be charged with not reporting it as the guy on the bike was at fault for not yielding to an emergency vehicle with its lights on.

  • Comment removed

  • ACAB

  • Cyclists are supposed to yield the right-of-way to emergency vehicles. The patrol car had its lights (assuming sirens as well) on and should have had the right-of-way. The other vehicle stopped significantly before the patrol car made its way to the intersection. The cyclists must not have been paying attention. Either way, he should have reported it.

  • as quick as as the officer stopped...you can see that if the bicyclist would have even stayed in the cross walk he would've been fine...but should still hear or see sirens coming

  • In my opinion they should not have left the accident after speaking with the bicyclist and let the next sector handle the job but they were acting in good faith. Let the department discipline them accordingly but why criminal charges.... So a lucky Ada can make a name for himself. Just goes to prove that the prosecution office ARE NOT the friends of the police.

  • It's sad that the DA's office is perusing all these charges against the officers. The reckless driving charge is what makes me mad. The cops were responding to a robbery in progress job when the accident happened. They did stop and consult with the bicyclist and continued on to the job because from what I remember the bicyclist said he was alright but later claimed the injuries after the fact

  • Bike riders in NYC are assholes though, they purposely tie up traffic with these huge bike rallies, they deserve it.

  • The police car had his lights and sirens on prior, during, and after hitting the biker... He is immune to any traffic related crimes or violations.

  • @Vindaven stop trying to protect these criminals he hit someone and drove off. Only asshole would do such a thing.

  • @iTzGiNz Except for the fact that he stopped, made sure he was okay, and continued on to his emergency call.

  • @Vindaven "Made sure he was okay" He gave him a tissue. I pretty sure thats not going to fix a busted nose and lip, a broken tooth, and a fractured hand. It would have been less insulting if he would have just drove away.

  • @Vindaven hahahaha so maybe he was playing GTA and he was on LSD and though that poor guy was a drug fdealer, yeah that must be it

  • @Vindaven

what is the statute that gives immunity to cops?

    nevermind i found it--

    Code § URfullofBS

  • @michaelruth75 I don't know about New York, but in Florida it is 316.126:

The driver of an authorized emergency vehicle, when responding to an emergency call

    May:

    1) Park or stand, irrespective of the provisions of this chapter

    2) Proceed past a red or stop signal or stop sign

    3) Exceed the maximum speed limits

    4) Disregard regulations governing direction or movement or turning in specified directions

*continued*.... given siren or emergency lights

  • @Vindaven

i dont see "hit and run" in there

nor do i see "leaving the scene of an accident"

or cause bodily harm to a pedestrian

  • did anyone eles notice it said dumbo where his name is

    ?

  • @SEMI69X Yeah I saw the "dumbo" thing. I thought that was his name at first also... but I think they meant the city... maybe?

  • Going through a red light? If you look closely he had his flashing lights on, most likely going to another scene...cop wasnt at fault.

  • Come on,,,, he gave him a tissue, what more you want

  • can u imagine this is 1% of the cases, i am sure much more happens

  • I'm sorry, that's supposed to read: that maybe the cop deemed more important..idk what I was thinking there..

  • Now wtf if any other person NOT A COP did this they would get MANSLAUGHTER CHARGES!

  • What throws me for a loop tho is at 1:02, when the video highlights the top right corner. The bicyclist is WAY out of the crosswalk. Was he trying to turn down that street? The cop obviously saw him (and the stop light/sign) in time enough to slam on the brakes. If he had stayed in the crosswalk this wouldn't have happened.

Can't say for sure who to blame for the accident. But the cop shouldn't have left the scene and the cyclist should have been more careful.

  • @hendawg2020 doesnt matter. they did NOT report it.. wtf.. thats crazy!

  • @208jodi

Yeah, I know. He definitely should have reported the incident. But what also crossed my mind is, since he had his lights/siren going, was he on his way to some crime scene/robbery/hostage situation/etc that maybe in the cop's deemed more important? Idk, I don't know the story, it's just something to think about.

But anyways, yeah, I totally agree he should have reported it and called an ambulance at the least. Cuz he could've checked back in on the guy after going where he was going.

  • @hendawg2020 I'm not sure if you're aware of this, but the cyclist shouldn't have been in the crosswalk at all. That's for pedestrians. Cyclists can/must if there's no bike lane be in an ACTUAL LANE in traffic and obey all traffic rules as you would if you were in a car. The cyclist did absolutely nothing wrong.

  • @RYAN19800

Well, that apparently varies depending on the city/state. Some say they should behave like pedestrians, others say like cars. I'm a little confused by your comment tho. If you say he should have been in a lane, wouldn't he be in the wrong by being on the sidewalk?

  • @hendawg2020 He would have been in the wrong if he was but really, it isnt clear where he was going. It almost looks like he was making a left hand turn.

  • not that they drove off and didnt report it..... "hey sorry I hit u with my car...here is a piece tissue to clean yourself up"

  • cyclist went off the striped area.

  • Riding your bike on a crossing is illegal.

  • thrown threw the air? he was only tapped

  • The cops was obviously GOING WAY TOO FAST. They seem to think they can go faster than the speed limit. And they do it all the time.

  • @ChiefLeftenant Watch this and my other police video at KingCast65 YouTube Channel

Crop the Cop: A silly cop car crash in Boston

  • @KingCast65 Oh I have seen them all don't worry about it i have like three accounts. all dedicated to one subject or the other

  • police lights are going, he's responding to a distress call somewhere else in the city. that's why he was driving like that, now that is WHY it happened. but once it happened, the police officer shouldn't have left he should have called in EMS and helped the man and called in that he wouldn't be able to make the call

  • This creep of a COP did not even call EMS for the guy. I bet that he did not want to get involved, and left hoping that he would nout be found out. Kind of makes you wonder what else he has done or failed to do in his 19 years.

  • GOOD FOR THAT FAGGOT ASS COP!!!!

    I WOULD FUCKING KILL HIM!!!

  • @shnicka55 your not gonna do shit except go have a beer and jack off. You fucking make me sick...

  • @9DragonMaster

you know alot about that huh....getting drunk and masterbating....plz stop projecting your habits on others.....we all know its what you know and love to do!!

  • @shnicka55 reverse psychology doesn't work on the Irish. See below for details.

  • Another bad cop!

  • seems like that accident happened before the cross walk. Should the cop have stopped earlier before the cross walk, even thought he stopped before it? Why is he riding his bike on the cross walk or even in front of it. Are you allowed to ride your bike on the side walk and walk ways in New York City? Shouldn't the biker get off at least to walk his bike across the actual walk way? different angles in the video help.

  • @Brandonduboff You can't ride your bike on the sidewalk in NYC unless you want a ticket. The biker had the righter way, however the cop did have his lights on. But this a typical thing in NY. Just last summer I almost got hit by a cop car when they drove up on the side walk.

  • @Larae718 my question (that i believe you are referring to) is "Why is he riding his bike on the cross walk..." Yes it is illegal to ride a bike on the side walk in many metro areas, this is why I brought it up. The bike has the right of way, except for the fact that he is not allowed to ride on the cross walk. His right of way is trumped by his illegal operation on the cross walk. An illegal operation in this manner, negates the right of way. Thanks man

  • officer, you made a mistake, your human. You gotta report the accident!

  • Really bad reporting and I am not one that sides with cops very often but I saw Emergency lights on and a bicycle using the cross walk. This report makes it out to be that the cops "Ran a Red Light" Yes the cop should have stayed but the cyclist is an asshole too.

  • Police are not here to protect and serve they are to collect revenue and beat the shit out of those protesting the police state.

  • AMERICA! look police are not out to help you there out to do what they have to do to get that pay check cause trust me no cop does there job because they want to be a cop they do it because there CONTROLING people that grow up as a ass hole and100% of asshole are racist, there were either picked on or beaten during there school years, they feel being a cop is there chance to be the bully, and by being cop they want that unearn respect to feel better then othersPOLICE ARE THE TRUE RUTHLESS GANGSTERS

  • There was no malicious intent on the officer's part. The police car made the legal requirement to stop behind the limit line if the officer had a red light.

Why was the bicyclist crossing a street inside the outer limits of a crosswalk? Why was the bicyclist crossing in front of a police car with it's lights and sirens on? Was the bicyclist wearing headphones/earbuds, and in his own little bubble of a world? Don't bicyclists have to obey the rules of the road like motorists and pedestrians?

  • The woman cop passenger did NOT get charged!! BULLSHIT, it's called bystanding, bystanders are just as guilty as the wrong doer. The woman police had all the time and power to report this incident, but she chose not to, that is also breaking the law.

  • Psssh, the cop shoulda gotten out and given him a ticket. I would have. Bikes are not allowed to use cross walks for this reason exactly. This is not assault. The cop should have reported it though, but really, he's not under any legal obligation to do so. If you hurt someone, and it's their fault, is it your responsibility to go find them help? I hope most people would go find help, but you are not required to do so.

  • lol, Reporters name is Dumbo.

  • Nypd courtesy service to the comunity . Bullshit those pigs are thieves with permision to rob u . They pull u over and talk to u like u r fucking their mother . Tose motherfuckers have way to much power fuck them all . And they call themselves heros cuz they actually did their job once on 911 .. Theyre not protection they r a menace ..

  • bikeriders are losers.

  • serves that guy right he wasnt even on the crosswalk dumbo biker

  • @channel6

    stfu slave boy

    POLICE ARE CRIMINAL COWARDS

  • The partner should be fired and charged also. She had a responsibility and she covered it up!

  • Can anybody honestly say they're surprised?

  • @pclose11 About what? You guys are just hating on cops to hate on them now. It was not their fault, it was the bikers, end of story. Maybe they were on their way to a real crime, what do you want them to do? Stop and give the guy a ticket? What exactly?

  • @bweazel not surprised the cops just threw him a tissue and drove off, anybody who has had dealings with the police would not be surprised

  • the Black guy at the beginning said it best! when you hear sirens and lights STOP !!! and at the end was awesome lol tht cop knock the shit out of that biker! hahahahaha

  • @qbkiller77 why is it so awesome to see someone hurt a random person? Wait till they are at your door in your fascist fantasy.

  • ya thats called ILLEGAL

  • @canadianiam Exactly, what the biker did was illegal.

  • lol 0:15 Peter thorne is a dumbo....

  • oops 0:11

  • At least he got charged.

  • Fucing police gopod for nothing pigs.! fuck them! it pisses me off they should all die

  • In the Province of Alberta, Canada if you are riding a bike in a crosswalk you are considered a vehicle and not a pedestrian. Therefore in this case the bike would be ticketed for unsafely entering an intersection.

  • I think most people know that the officer will walk free - the police are largely above the law, it takes an awful lot for an officer to face a custodial sentence, and - generally speaking - killing or injuring a member of the public is not normally enough to see them face punishment (by that I mean the kind of punitive sanction that a member of the public would face).

Stay away from the police, they are dangerous and if they fuck you up you will likely get little to no real legal redress.

  • that's over there by West Elm

  • STOP SUPPORTING YOUR LOCAL MAFIOSOS IN UNIFORM, CUT THE FUNDING AND YOU'LL SEE CHANGES.

  • The police say they catch 1 in 20000 traffic violators this is no different this is the one cop in 20000 that got caught. Officer Ramos's partner committed a felony by not arresting officer Ramos. The internal affairs officer commited a felony by not arresting officer Ramos's partner. This is business as usual two police officers have tried to car door me a douglass county oregon sheriff or deputy and a park ranger at lassen volcanic national park.

  • The police say they catch 1 in 20000 traffic violators this is no different this is the one cop in 20000 that got caught.

  • I watched the footage 3 times, whether the police vehicle had his lights on or not it appeared as though the police car did not even enter the intersection.

The the bicycle appeared to be inside the crosswalk when he got hit. I'd say the bicycle was at fault

Not reporting the incident, however is a serious issue and the cop should be punished for that.

  • accidents happen.. the cyclist is at fault if the police car had lights AND SIREN on before approaching intersection.. but that wasnt the crime.. the crimes were LEAVING the scene of an accident.... failure to write an accident report...

what would have happened if this guy died from internal bleeding.. or had a broke neck..then its vehicular manslaughter ..or vehicular homicide

  • @subjoy1

"people with an IQ of 145 are engineers, doctors, math or physic experts bullshit"

    Exactly

    XD

  • @bananito3 Didn't you know? everyone on youtube has an IQ of 150, 3 doctorate degrees, and has also seen a family member brutally murdered when they were a kid.

  • @subjoy1

    nope its 145 but

even if my iq was 75, it is still a higher number than the sum of all the iqs of your shit stained family.

    So stfu

    XD

  • emergency vehicles always have the top priority. this cop had lights on, therefore you must stop and get out of the way.

  • stupid nigger shoudl be aware of emergency lights.

that is why niggers should stay in africa where they can live in chaos.

  • @bananito3 It would be better if racists were quarantined to an island somewhere

  • @colerichards6969

it would be the best that stupid racephobes like you could have their balls and rationality back again

  • @bananito3

of course if you are not another shit stained subharan ape.

    XD

  • @bananito3 "Racephobes" huh? Can you define that?

  • cops are doing hit and run now? aah great lol

  • 0:22

    "Dumbo"

    lmao

  • Comment removed

  • If the stupid cope would have stopped, it would have just been an accident. Accidents happen, no big deal right? The partner should be charged too. The partner had an obligation because he witnessed a crime and did nothing. He helped cover up the crime by failing to report it. They both deserve prison.

Why in the world did that asshole cop push that guy down in the other clip?

I can't BELIEVE this pig didn't go to jail.

  • The charge should be "criminal neligence" and "wreckless driving" and "leaving scene of crime" and "not reporting" need I go on?

  • @keithpetro

There was no wreckless driving on the cop's part. He had his emergency lights on. There is no audio to the video, so no one can tell if he had his siren going. That will come out in court when they play the police video. Either way, that crosswalk should have been 100% clear.

Leaving the scene of a crime? No. He left the scene of an accident. That made it a crime.

  • @Robert697 Fine, I will, however, interject a thought here. The bicyclist wasn't in the crosswalk.

  • @Robert697 Maybe the dude's deaf, by the way.

But I agree, leaving the scene was the worst thing to do.

  • @Robert697 wreckless driving, involves HITTING any human, fool.

  • @freqazoidiak

Oh, so if you're driving a cement-laden semi truck going 55mph in a 65mph zone, and a suicidal pedestrian jumps out in front of you, then you should go to jail for wreckless driving?

Yes, I saw this happen on I-10 and 7th Street in Phoenix this summer. I'd like to see you tell the trucker it was his fault.

So, who were you calling a "fool"?

I'm sure you've heard it said before, "It is best to keep your mouth shut and be thought a fool, than to open it and prove it."

  • @Robert697

Yes, there was wreckless driving on the cop's part. You can't just put your emergency lights on and go flying through red lights. You have to slow down and check that nothing is in your way.

The crime here was that he hit a pedestrian with his vehicle. Then he left that crime.

How do your idiotic comments have so many thumb ups? You must have ghost accounts. I can't believe people are so stupid.

Go suck some more pig dick, bitch.

  • @evanWith7

    Ghost accounts? LMAOOO ...

Write back to me when you turn 40. I'm sure you'll be embarrassed when you realize what a conspiracy nut-job you once were. Sure, there are some true conspiracies. But anyone who conspires anything is a friggen idiot because they eventually believe their own lies at their own peril.

Example? I have the cure for cancer. It's not only well known, it's documented in Wikipedia. Yet the Elite die off from cancer - victims of their own big-pharma conspiracy.

  • @Robert697

Glad my joke made you laugh. I don't think any amount of time could pass before you realize what sarcasm is. Notice how I followed that line with my dismay at the stupidity of people?

ANYWAYS, you literally just went on a rant about conspiracies over this instead of addressing the nature of your comments, which is to make excuses for a person who violently injured another human being, and offered a tissue.

  • @evanWith7

I considered not responding because I've gone over this whole damn thing over and over, and there's nothing left for me to say.

So, I'll just leave it at that.

    Shalom.

  • @Robert697

Well, clearly you don't know what the fuck you're talking about. Right there you said there was no crime committed, and that people need to walk their bikes across cross walks.

Both of these things are obviously wrong.

    Bye.

  • A tissue???

  • This ain't Beijing

If you ride a bike in New York, don't say shit when you get dealt with

Biking in the street is pretty stupid

  • @toyotas2006 In the United States, Bicycles are generally supposed to bike to the far right of the road, and follow all the rules that cars do.

  • "Dumbo" hahaha

  • Umm .. the police car had its lights going, and the cyclist wasn't in the cross walk. You can see at 1:05 that the cop car stopped at least 3 feet before the crosswalk.

What the cop IS guilty of, IMHO, is leaving the scene of an accident. His partner should also be tried for not reporting the accident.

  • @Robert697 News Reporting Fail!

  • @sdkee

I thought I pointed out that the cyclist wasn't in the crosswalk, so I don't think I'm saying that crosswalks are not safe.

If you did this as a "normal citizen", and you left the scene, you would be charged for "hit'n'run", but you would NOT be charged for hitting someone in a crosswalk because that bike simply was not in the crosswalk. People in cars have killed pedestrians outside of crosswalks and not even been charged, but only when they didn't leave the scene. That is the law.

  • @sdkee

If you think you see that the bike was in the crosswalk, then there's no point in debating it because then the cop would be 100% guilty, and everything I've said would be null and void.

Take the video, blow it up at the 1:05 time stamp, and see if you see any part of the white-stripe crosswalk anywhere near the cop car. If you can see a white stripe at least under the bumper of the cop car, then I can't help you.

  • @sdkee

    As I said ... I can't help you.

But I'll tell you what I learned in motorcycle safety training: It don't matter who's at fault. When a car and a bike collide, the bike loses.

The cop car had his lights going. The cyclist should have been aware enough to have seen it. He didn't, so he lost.

  • Comment removed

  • @sdkee

Dude, you're still going on about this? By this point, I may as well be discussing this with a telephone pole.

For the record, I rode motorcycle for 2 years with a helmet. I never hit anything, and I always saw every emergency light. Bicycles don't normally move at 55mph.

Now, my question to you is: What is a bicyclist doing using a crosswalk? Shouldn't he be walking the bike?

There. That should keep you busy for another two weeks.

  • @sdkee

Dude, you don't know me. I've got plenty to do outside of youtube, but I don't need to justify what I do in my private life. Last I checked, this was still the USA, and despite what Obama thinks, the Constitution is still in place.

As for the situation, if you were to hit the bike, and left? You'd be guilty of hit'n'run, too. But if you were to stay put, and wait for a report to be written, etc., it would be the biker's fault, 100%. He was not in the crosswalk. End of story.

  • @Robert697 the crosswalk is not the issue, it's reserved in some areas of New York for all pedestrians, including cyclists. Do some research so you'll be busy for quite some time.
