Hey good vid, I was thinking of making one of these cuz alot of people don't seem to know how to do these properly and some people don't even know what they are.
Good job on the vid, personally I would have mentioned to keep to head upright and facing to the front because it helps with posture and straightens the spine, good work keep it up! :)

Good vid man is there any difference between these and doing push ups with your fingers between eachother? would that use different muscles?

@goertzey I think they just aren't used to doing them. It may be a muscle-memory thing as much as strength.
