Chn-li was doing just fine until she got distracted. Even though Juri has that eye that increases her power i dont think that would've helped her if chun-li busted out her kikosho. Chun-li doesnt let out her full power on the first round. Chun-li is the most powerful we all know that. You watch she'll get Juri back.

Juri is more powerful then Bison so I don't think Chun Li would have won.

She has the confidence of defeating Juri in the actual videogame without fear or getting obsessed of her (after the last beating that Chun-Li received), since Chun-Li only does her duty and she never loses her honor before the criminals.
