Yet again, the NHS Supply Chain has let down my Trust. An urgent delivery required for the following morning, has still not arrived! 18 hours from order and it is still not at the Hospital!
The system does work well, but my problem is the amount of times I have had to place a discrepancy because a 'picker' can't pick the correct item or quantity, that has been ordered.
