i got mine in two and half weeks ordered on feb 2 got them feb 22. i bought the rush delivery. this review helped me. when she says what she would have done differently. literally did and i got mine. 18 in. deluxe. in off black and dark brown mix. LOVE them. so thick. btw i'm on by boyfriend account.

I didn't have them for my birthday or thanksgiving -.- and then when I email them or reach them through Facebook, I feel like they play stupid so they can't answer my concern or problem. I feel like they took my $209.85 and ran away with it. another thing they should have is a phone number because if they're going to make me wait this long an email won't do any justice.

Many artisans who make handcrafted products build a website & then get flooded with more orders than they can possibly fill in a timely manner due to the painstaking construction process of their goods. This may be what's happening to this woman - esp if she does everything herself. At those prices, though, people deserve top notch customer service. I hope she makes some changes to her business practices!

@ISABELADSC no, I didn't. from what I understood (based off of other peoples' reviews), rush ordering decreases SHIPPING time, not PRODUCTION time. so unfortunately you're still gonna be waiting at least 3 weeks.

Due to the wait time I've decided to find other extension company. I found a company called Clip Fancy, their extensions are hand made by the owner and she has so many options to pick from! They have GREAT customer service, I've emailed her and she got back to me within a few mins! I've watched reviews and supposedly the extensions are very comparable to HG. You might want to give the site a look :)
If you are trying to get new extensions, I recommend Clip Fancy. Seriously, the are the number one! It only takes ten days.. :3 (Tell her Calsi sent you! Her name is Raelene! She is SO fabulous!! XD And often you get little like, coupons! Or little things with the extensions!)
