  • I would suggest you practice while standing... it helps a lot!

    Looks like you've got the hang of the hand/wrist motions for those isolations, now it's just a matter of cleaning them up and making them look snazzy!

  • take a 100mm ball for the pratice.. =) the biggest. it's easyer than your ball

  • i cant even see what your trying to do u practised for 4 seconds?
