The only guaranteed way would be for everyone to buy organic, both grain and meat, which would crash the conventional markets. But yields from organic fields are considerably lower. If no conventional fields were planted, the world would go into a severe food shortage. I've farmed both ways, and I hate using chemicals. Unfortunately, the markets for organic are hard to get into, so most people stay conventional.
UC Berkeley is bad ass. They should have more schools like this in Texas.
