Thanks to the man at 1:00 that seems to be the only person mentioning it is a martial art. The question always is how..it is so slow. When u learn to dance u dont start fast..u practice slow..many times..then one day on the dancefloor..u r able to move fast. The health benefits r nice to tell people but thank you to the few that know and teach it as a martial art that has health benefits. not yoga. Every move has multiple defense uses. Think..u will find them.
