yup. It's a reference to IT. a kid lost his paper boat, the clown found it, and said the kid had to get it. (the clown's in the sewer) he reaches to pick it up, and the clown gets razor sharp teeth, and grabs the kid's arm. totally freaked me out when I saw it the first time.
