For me, 007 is all about the car full of surprises, his many gimmicks, one liners, action and last, but not least, women.

Moore and Brosnan are the only ones who score on those departments. The others... ehhh.... not so much.

I really don't give a damn about the plot, vilain or any of the other things that many Bond fans praise so much.

That being said, I loved all HaphazardStuff reviews I've watched so far. Great Stuff. Keep up the good work, man.

I think it's kind of ironic that the reviewer is ripping Pierce for playing it safe as Bond, considering that people bash Craig for not playing it safe. Yet at least the reviewer is consistent, seeing that he praised Dalton for switching things up in his films.

The review was surprisingly more negative than what i was expecting. I got to disagree with you with Pierce Brosnan's one liner in his intro. That is a classic line in my book. I thought your reference to all the machine guns Pierced used was funny. I grew up and being a fan of the Nintendo game, Goldeneye 007, and the movie itself, so that is what makes this movie a classic to me. That and Sean Fucking Bean!

Look ! ...the producers were trying to upgrade the Bond series by turning it into ..The Borne Identity ! .... and to me ... it didn't work ...to be honest ... the editing on most of the action scenes ... made me dizzy !

I would have loved to see what Brosnan would have done with C.R. or Q .O .S..what Dalton would have did with G.E .. Lazenby would havd done with D.A. F. ... to me Lazenby gave the best performance for a guy taking over a role with know or very little acting experience ! ...I hate to say it ..but I truly think that Daniel Craig gives the weakest performance ... and I don't it's from his acting ...but from the productors wanting to turn it into ... The Borne Identity !

Great commentary as usual .. with one exception ! ... I agree that Brosnan looked a little puny ... and I believe he should have pumped up .. check that ! .. filled out a bit before he took the role ... about his acting ... I think he was trying to give all the Bond fans everything they enjoy about Bond .. I don't know weather that was the producers idea or not ..but I believe it weakened his performance .And I think Moore would have kicked Brosnan ass !

watching your reviews I think your over-analyzing the plot a bit but I do think you hit the nail in the head about Brosnan. He just seemed to lack that physical presence and when he tried to act tough I just couldn't buy it. I can't exactly figure out why people loved him as Bond so much and I honestly think of all the actors to play Bond he is the weakest.
