this video is great! =) it really helped me find out how to keep a conversation going, but i think you could have made it even better by explaining some parts etc =P. nonetheless, it's still a great video!! =D and i thank you so much for uploading ;D

This is so and so speaking may I speak with so and so please. --May I ask who is speaking? -- To whom am I speaking. With caller ID and Cellphone minutes phone usage is so different now.
