  • Thanks for the tip... i've been vegan since 4 months. I need all the input i can get

    looks yummy /regards from stockholm

  • if you can't get organic potatoes is it better to leave skins on? or peel them off>

  • @liviecwh probably peel them - the pesticides grow into the plant, but are probably in higher concentration in the skin

  • This is a really cool idea! i'm trying to go vegatarian so your channel is awesome <3

Do you know how many calories this is?

  • These were really good, but I think next time I will use spinach. The kale was too coarse.

  • Hi Heather! I have just recently turned to vegetarianism and I was looking for recipe ideas when I came across your website. I love the idea of this potato burger and I will try it out. I have never tried Kale before and will just ordinary salt break it down like the sea salt does? Many thanks for the video!

  • Umm. Ever heard of vada paav?

  • This came out amazing. I'm a vegetarian so I was able to put some smoked shredded cheddar cheese on top and let it heat a little longer. When I was done I placed a tomato slice on it and wrapped it into a tortilla like a pocket. Thanks so much for making vegan & vegetarian eating fun and easy. =]

  • Excellent!!!...keep spreading the food knowledge as well !!!

  • These burgers are Epic!

  • You can grate my carrot any day

  • Can you use yams/sweet potatoes instead of white potatoes? Greatr tip for the kale... Thank you!!

  • @qochemist ABSOLUTELY!! that would be heaven...

  • @healthyvegan - Thanks for responding... I will be having these for dinner very soon :)

  • I love your recipes!! But I miss that you show the finished result ...

  • @Garacat yeah, I've been doing a clip with the finished result in all the current videos :)

  • I made these burgers the other night, and my husband and I loved them. I would say though, that we would prefer to use less Cayenne Pepper, as our mouths were burning. It's probably just a personal preference though!

  • @irene1ization haha... I hear ya! I'm so not a spicy person either - I usually use just a pinch for myself ;)

  • Do you have to use sea salt with the Kale, or can you use plain salt? Also, how long will this mixture keep in fridge? Thanks for the post! :)

  • @Sternschnuppen85 No, you don't have to use sea salt with kale, it's just my preference. Plain salt will work, but I prefer sea salt since it's less refined and has natural minerals. This would keep for 2-3 days in the fridge, but the longer it sits the more the nutrients will disappear. Make sure it's as air-tight as possible. Thanks for watching, hope you have fun with it! :)

  • Thank you for another wonderful idea for something different to my vegetarian diet. Great video.

  • @deedevinebrake my pleasure! hope you enjoy!

  • Another one to try out, many thanks. Lots of Love Misscpb xxx

  • looks delicious, thanks Heather!

  • You can absolutely use whatever type of green you like! Lettuce wouldn't stand up to the heat, but other than that get creative! Thanks, Phil & I really enjoyed it - I hope you do too!

  • can i also use 'white' kale ? =)

by the way: looks really yummy
