WOW!!! I was searching for Whitney's version to get into the Olympic mood and I stumbled on this one. Just terrific Elizabeth. I also just listened to Every Moment & Over the Rainbow as well. Again WOW!!!

I certainly hope you're either on Broadway or performing somewhere professionally with that voice. Are you a UB grad? My wife and I both graduated from there many years ago.

In any event, you have a beautiful voice. It was a pleasure to listen to these songs on Youtube.

Mike- I am indeed a UB alum, I graduated Feb 07 with a BFA in Musical Theatre. I'm not on Broadway... yet... but trying all avenues to get there... even tried American Idol (they weren't remotely interested, but thats another story for another day :-P)

Any family from around Chicago? My aunt's maiden name was Elizabeth Urbanczyk. But my grandfather Thaddeus (Ted) Urbanczyk moved out to California in the 50's. Beautiful voice, by the way. I think it runs in the Urbanczyk gene because I'm singer also.

I WAS focusing on hitting the notes :-) Something to remember was that this was just in the recording studio. Tony just stuck a video camera on me while I was singing. Trust me, in performance it would be very different :-)

your voice is so rich and smooth. others sound so pushed, but yours is amazing.!!! from one singer to another, i give you mad props, one of the best voices i have ever heard. i have been in summer stock all over, musicals galore, over 40 different Cabaret shows, and still by far one of the best.
