First of all it was not emergence. The reason the women was upset was the fact the women farmer found out she would be held accountable if her cows caused an accident, because she did not maintain her fences. She thought by calling the 911 she wanted the sheriff to be on the hook. That way force the cops to do her work and play cowboys for her for nothing. it happens all the the time.

The woman was upset...it was an emergency, not for her cow money but for the poor drivers that might just get killed if they hit one. What a biased story.

Wouldn't this be an emergency if one of the animals endangered someone's life? What if a bull was in the herd and he got vicious and started to gore someone or something?
