A deeply useless function for itunes. I'm not gonna let the one or two guys with iphones control the music of my parties.

I was really hoping it would do some decent transitions between songs, so as to avoid having a DJ...

i thought this would be like on the new cromatic nano, where you can have the option where the next song on a playlist, begins to play in the backround, as the song before it, starts ending..can you do this on this itunes dj? or on any other ipod??

You have to have a IPhone to get the DJ or do you just get it when you update?

NO its a feature of iTunes, an iPhone is only required to control it via the remote software.

You should just be able to highlight the song in itunes. Then press the backspace key and you will have the option to keep the file or move to trash or move to recycle bin. Select to move to trash or recycle bin, then finally empty your trash and the song will be gone.

unfortunately no, but with the remote app its easy to have the music top playing from anywhere in the house.

oo alright, well I was just wondering because I like listening to different full albums one after another, but then when they finish, some random stuff starts playing in no real order. But nice review! I dont have an iphone but i know many people who do, so music parties look awesome right now!

Nice review. That's a lot of music you have too. Do you use Andy Budd's smart playlist system? It's very helpful for digging up good songs in extremely large libraries.

All my videos are uploaded at the same resolution with the exception of one and some of them play flawlessly. I believe that the issue has something to do with YouTube. Thanks again

This is called the top sites feature, it displays the most visited sites based on your browsing history. You can also lock sites and use it as an application launcher. Google chrome and opera have similar features.

Anmpir is correct the remote app is available for download in the iTunes app store for free.  This will work great on both jail-broken and non-jail-broken devices.
