I was going to say to just keep practicing, keep training by moving closer and closer to your legs, but it looks like you're already doing that. So definitely keep doing whatever you're doing :D The fact that you can drop down into a back bend and then down to your arms shows you have both the strength and flexibility to do some really amazing thing :D Good luck!
Looks like a pretty good backbend to me! Your technique looks pretty good and I'd say if you just keep doing what you're doing you'll be pretty happy with the results.
Also, most people can't do a drop back at all so I'd be foolish to criticize you I think. :-)

no prob. thats just what my gymnastics coach and cheer coach taught me to do and it makes kickovers really easy.

ya they where really good. what u should try is to have ur feet together and push ur chest ovfer ur hands and u should try to have straight legs.
