  • Getting a bit off... Christopher Walken there....

  • MY GOD! I'VE NEVER SEEN HIM WEAR THAT BEFORE!

  • 187 people probably havn't seen Pulp Fiction

  • He dies of Watch-in-ass disease.

  • Ah, he's so funny and looks much better in drag than I do...And I'm a girl! XD

  • Don't lick it lolololololololololololo

  • Oh shit

    I'm gay now

  • I'm a dude and, not that i care about cross-dressing, but how the hell can a man wear those shoes? They look like they would destroy your ankles.

  • @swampdonkey152000 same way women wear them? If women can get used to them so can men.

  • @swampdonkey152000 They do destroy your ankles. And your toes and your arches too. Pretty much the whole foot. I don't know how anyone gets used to them.

  • Wearing women's clothes for a stand up is genius. Instead of being that british guy that does stand up hes that british guy that cross dresses and does stand up. Something to set him apart from the rest. Is it just me or does it seem like he is high on cocaine or some other stimulant when he does his routines? Seemed like it more so when he was younger.

  • And on top of it all he actually looks better than he did as a guy

  • You have to take the word "impression" to mean what you want it to mean to find funny Eddie Izzard funny in this one, too.

  • women wear trousers now so why shouldn't men be "allowed" to wear dresses!

  • Brilliant! "Your wife! You should kill her with a pillow!" "Slings and arrow, and shit"

  • @withalittlehelpfrom I believe that would be the joke, Self-debasement means that people will decrease their expectations, meaning its "more bang for your buck"

  • He's just a guy who likes wearing women's clothing, and make up... Meh *shrugs* Doesn't seem all that different to me than when women started wearing what were then called "men's clothing." lol He still "fancies" women, in his own words. :) Love him. Genius.

  • I see Christopher Walken impressions around more than the man himself.

    Not surprised.

  • Hmm. I usually love Eddie Izzard's standup routines and have done so for years but this Walken skit is pretty awful.

  • "Weave, mother fucker!"

  • I don't get it. Why does his top have spaces for boobs when he has no boobs?

  • he is the missing Python from the Flying Circus

  • he sounds more like a squeaky john travolta then christopher walken........that being said, eddie izzard is amazing.

  • and shit

  • Whhaaa

  • hilarious, and the outfit too lol

  • Eddie When will you come to NYC ? you are the best !!!

  • hes a male lesbian, and more importantly one of the best stand ups ever

  • @lankyman0990 Actually he's an executive transvestite

  • @LanaBear88 He's a Male Lesbian Executive Action Transvestite

  • @lankyman0990 a male lesbian? or a transvestite?

  • 176 people licked their watches.

  • Eddie is a comedy genius.

  • That was pretty good. Most people overdramatize their walken.. but the thing that makes him him is.. he misplaces emotions. This is hard to master, but it is a Walkenism.

  • Lol that sounds exactly like Christopher Walken.

  • sounds like a squeaky combination of Christopher Walken and Sylvester Stallone

  • This guy.... s un-FUCKING beliavable!

  • this guy is funny and educated!

  • love love love eddie izzard... i remember seeing his first hbo special years ago...lmao...he had this fabulous asian inspired costume w chunky dress sandles... an he spoke about his transvestite preferred taste of dressing... no big deal then...no big deal now... i remember him saying once that he'd like to go into politics...

  • Eddie Izzard reminds me of Ellen DeGeneres when she was younger and prettier.

  • Hahah, just going along the topic here, I once met this pretty girl and asked her on a date. She said: "I'm sorry. I'm a lesbian."

I said: "so you only date other lesbians?"

    She nodded.

    "Well, I'm a lesbian too!"

  • A qoute from the man himself "Women wear what they want and so do I". According to Izzard.

  • if you can listen to his genius......and still care about the clothes he wears, or who he cares to have sex with. you are probably in denial about your attraction to men.

  • From America, long live Eddie Izzard!

  • From America, long live Eddie Izzard!

  • He's gorgeous. I've never said that of a man before, but this is the only word that really fits.

  • The DWP has teamed up with the Royal Bank of Scotland and various housing associations to offer loans to the poor at an interest rate of . . . 30% per year. So it's not just Atos making a fortune at the expense of those in so much distress. Hand over your taxes, not for their intended purpose but for.... 'big business'. The sick with resulting disabilities are valued only in £s, as they die under the weight of the suffering and poverty inflicted upon them.

  • He's an action, executive transvestite!

  • funniest man ever

  • lmao I love Eddie

  • Chris Walken would make a perfect Richard III. I can just hear him: "A horse, a horse, my kingdom for a horse!"

  • @RMoribayashi That would be epic!

  • This was PRETTY bad.

  • Apparently no one in Britain has ever seen Pulp Fiction...or read Shakespeare...or know who Christopher Walken is.

  • @daftrok what film, shake-who and christopher who?

  • Sounds like he's doing an impersonation of Bobcat Goldthwait impersonating Walken.

  • he's fuckin funny but the dress is distracting...... more power to him but think it takes away from his comedy......

  • @FeNsTa that's part of why his most recent show he dressed as a man.

  • Eddie Izzard for the win

  • i want your boots O.O

  • Moron.

  • Eddie Izzard is brilliant. If you don't get that, then you aren't.

    CAKE 0R DEATH!

  • @lsbgamer

"dress = faggot" = Absolutism. The world is hardly black and white as I'm sure a mind as lazy as yours can even grasp.

  • @lsbgamer

"dress = faggot" = Absolutism. Surely a mind as lazy as yours can still understand that this world is far from black and white?

  • @lsbgamer Eddie is straight, he's just comfortable in women's clothes sometimes...like most trannies.

  • @lsbgamer

Wow, apparently not - and you discourse like a child. Perhaps you are one. Fair enough. Stick to Halo kid. Now. run along and play elsewhere.

  • @lsbgamer your a fucking idiot................

  • @lsbgamer im secure enough in my sexuality that 'faggot' doesnt offend me, you obviously arent. obviously your a cerebral insufficient and a very frightened little xenophobe and for that i pity you, I dont blame you, i blame your parents, maybe your dad fucked you in the ass as a child, maybe you had a bad uncle, who knows, whats clear tho is that your a sad little man and your archaic points of veiw are ridiculously outdated and frankly im embarrassed we're the same species. you fucking idiot

  • i think that's quite a good impression

  • XD He captured Christopher Walken perfectly.

  • crazy ass funny!

  • I love Eddie Izzard, but he is right. This is a bad impression.

  • His impression's not terrible lol I may have figured out who he was doing if he hadn't said so at first.

  • Lol nobody laughs cuz they don't know shakespeare.

  • IMO, there has never been and never will be a man on this planet who could wear a dress and makeup as well as Eddie Izzard.

    -------------------

    "Don't lick it." LOL

  • That is bang on! I ♥ his CW Iago. But wouldn't be better if Eddie did Shakespeare - or has he???

  • Eddie's the man, in my top 5 comedians, sets are always hilarious.

he just doesn't give a shit, how many other straight performers would have the balls to get up on stage dressed the way he does but it adds to the kind of whimsical character he already is.

  • NOT BAD!!!!REALLY!!!

  • Who cares what sexuality or what he is ... THIS MAN IS A GENIUS ...

  • @ItalianDanza this what?;)

  • @ItalianDanza The whole transvestite thing is part of the gig

  • @bigsby1606 No it's not, he's actually a transvestite. It's a lifestyle choice. -nod nod-

  • He's not gay, he is just British. They all think drag is funny.

  • @TheHawkdaddy He doesn't use it for comedy, or to be "funny". He wears women's clothes because he's comfortable with it, and that's just who he is. Women have been wearing "male clothes" for years, we used to be seen only in dresses and god forbid anything else, why shouldn't men be allowed to "female clothes" now?

  • @TheHawkdaddy .... He dosnt dress in drag to be funny. He does it because he does that. Also im "british" and i dont think drag is funny... I dont care. Eddie is a LEDGE.

  • @Josh. He ran 43 marathons. Which is...

    ....*thinks*

    ...43 more than me.

  • If you really want to know about his ideas on clothing, look up the Ruby Wax interview, here. He explains it in that interview better there than I have seen him do it anywhere else.

  • Haha I loved walken in pulp fiction!

  • lol. he sounds like bobcat goldthwate

  • he actually really funny

    haha!!

  • "Y'know, is it nobler? To suffer? Ehhh, slings and arrows and shit?"

  • he's brilliant!!!!!! I just discovered him lol

  • he's brilliant!!!!!! I just discovered him lol

  • he's brilliant

  • looooooool

  • why is it that the comments are flooded with what he is and how hes dressed? hes a fuckin brilliant comedian and i will appreciate him as such.

  • @Videochick24 Lol - being Izzard, I watched the whole video and then read your comment before I even realized he was wearing a dress. You're right though, who gives a damn what he's wearing - just experience the genius that is Eddie Izzard.

  • I love his comedy. He is brilliant.

  • Brilliant man, terrible Walken impression and we love him for it.

  • He's a Straight man who Fancies Womens Clothing.

All men do, but he likes wearing them, not watching them.

  • Don't bother trying to explain to morons if he's queer or not, as soon as they see a bloke in a dress their head just implodes, they can't deal with it.

  • @lolspud mr izzard said in one of his videos i own theres a difference in an executive transvetite (mr izzard :)) and a weirdo transvestite

  • @angelganon The "executive transvestite" explanation is in the Dress to Kill special. He also explains that he's an "action transvestite." Absolutely hilarious! My favorite bit remains the Death Star canteen from Circle.

  • @lisad1993 i like that one and the one i like better is when he is talking about british vs. american actors in star wars. and i like when he is talking about pick lines my favorite one , i like my women like i like my coffee, in a plastic cup

  • @angelganon *stirring* "I like my coffee hot and strong. Like I like my women, hot and strong... with a spoon in them."

  • @girlpirate21 one of the best quotes ever:) i also like that he ran a marathon around the U.K.

  • @angelganon

LOL he didn't run a marathon around the UK... he ran i think like 20 marathons but not all the way around the UK, be like 2000miles

  • @lisad1993 running jumping climbing trees putting on makeup when your up there.

  • lol dont lick it!!!

  • my gawd - i would break my neck in those heels.

  • well done!

  • this is freaking brilliant, he got chris walken

  • SPOT ON!!

  • money for old rope

  • He does where this stuff outside of his acts. He wears it because it's comfortable. He describes himself as a "male lesbian."

  • @StoneColdCraze666 As he says in one of his older (90's) acts, (paraphrased) In the 20's women started wearing traditionally men's clothing (like pants), so since women wear what they want so does he. I'm not about to start doing it, but I won't stop him. Personally I rather like that he is/was a transvestite because I think to be a good comedian you need to notice details of life that most people overlook, and I'm sure being a transvestite would cause you think differently than someone who isnt

  • @StoneColdCraze666 No, He only dresses like this when he is performing.

  • @RandRdriver

Nope, he's also a transvestite off stage. its not a big deal, he's eddie fuckin' izzard.

  • there is nothing hotter than a man in a dress!!!!! I love him!!!! :D

  • you are so right!

  • don't lick it!!!!!

  • I believe the dress is just part of his act. If you have seen Dressed To Kill he explains himself as an "Executive Transvestite". To me I interpret it as "This is what I wear to my job and nothing more". Sure he's pretty... off, but even he admits that himself at times.

  • Ha, football bat!! that is funny

  • It depends on your definition of "queer." If you are referring to the old meaning, strange and eccentric, then yes, he is queer. If you are referring to the absurd colloquialism meaning gay, then no, he is not. He's heterosexual.

  • he is most definatley queer in the first sense :P:P

  • @captainsplifford i think u may have used too many big words for him hahaha!

  • @captainsplifford

Or as he himself put it. "Its male lesbian!"

  • @captainsplifford No, he just recently came out. He is, as the French say, "Fruitier than a nutcake".

  • @ThatsMrMoronToYou Actually, he's heterosexual (in as far as he is NOT sexually attracted to men). Here's a quote from the man himself, "My sexuality is straight transvestite or male lesbian. It seems we are beyond the idea that I am gay and hiding it. If I had to describe how I feel in my head, I'd say I'm a complete boy plus half a girl. I don't seem to have the sixth sense that women have or their stronger senses of taste and smell. Gay men can also have it but straight men don't."

  • @captainsplifford I always thought he was just a crossdresser. O.o

  • @captainsplifford Yeah, he is heterosexual, but he's certainly not helping his case with that outfit. Heck, even with the makeup he looks better in that leather getup he had a couple shows back. Fuck, even that sequened number he had in his latest special is better than the 'cleavage top with chesthair' look he's sporting here.

  • @captainsplifford Queer also refers to people who aren't 100% straight or who don't 100% identify with one gender as we think of it (including gender role in relationships, dress, and overall appearance). In a sense, he is queer since he cross-dresses. I think it's a good thing, personally.

  • @captainsplifford 'Queer' is not an absurd colloquialism it's a word in common usage that refers to benders.

  • @captainsplifford He's a male lesbian :)

  • This is funny, and I know funny, im Diabetic.

  • @guitarworton You just did funny! ;)

  • @guitarworton Have you seen the movie "And Justice For All", with Al Pacino? You'd love it.

  • @ThatsMrMoronToYou lol nah, i will watch it though.

  • @ThatsMrMoronToYou METALLICAAAA-oh, sorry.

  • and your a complete asshole!

  • you're* a complete illiterate

  • Maalox.... watch it again. He is doing an impression of somebody doing an impression.

    Which he admits is BAD.

    Geddit????

  • so is this how Eddie usually performs?(i haven't seen his performances before.) I didn't recognize him at first in women's clothing

  • he used to do that but his married now so his movie out of the cross dressing bit

  • every show... he's a cross dresser yo

  • Such a sexy fuck!!! Love Eddie and Christopher!!

  • well so would u if u were a male transvestite -.- DONT DISS EDDIE!

  • Executive transvestite, if you please!

  • he looks better in a dress than i do

  • Christopher Walken on Shakespeare *dies* Hahaha

  • Classic

  • so he's straight but just likes dressin like a woman?

  • Does it matter?
