Why would you hate it? If you were good at it then it would be a breeze. The training is there so newbies can learn how to drive so they don't buy a car, try a first race, fail miserably and never touch the game again.
Whats wrong with you? Unless you have nothing more to do with your life than play video games, you would not be able to pass your license with a "Breeze". Like in G4 for your IA just before the test, you have to drive flawlessly for 10 mins in a piece of crap Mercedez and then if you make it that far, you have to do it under a certain time. I wonder how many were able to breeze through that one. As far as getting a new car and racing and failing miserably, rather race than not race.
normally this license isnt needed in the beginning...so you can race with the lower licenses first, due top the fact that races, needing IA aren't unlocked in the beginning
