I would like to know after all this time, why is Launchpad Darkwing Duck's sidekick? I've seen nearly every episode of Disney Afternoon. So I'd like to know when Launchpad move to Saint Kanard? And why did disney decide to move him there and make him DW's sidekick?

on some real shit i was happy this was coming out cuz i thought it was Donald Duck as a super hero but when i found out it wasn't i didn't get mad i just lived wit it and still couldn't wait, i liked the duck related cartoons disney they came out wit like Ducktales and i was so suprised to see Launchpad on this show made me like this more, Dark Wing is the man fo sure, oh yea also liked how Gizmo Duck guest starred

And that so many of you, even though so very young, remember it so vividly. It was great fun and a lot of talented people worked on it. What was really interested was that even though Disney is in California, these spots were filmed and edited in Boston.

How fortunate I was to enjoy these cartoons growing up a a lil tyke in the 80's!! i remember this promo for the Fall back to school line up of cartoons and shows for after school. It was Darkwing Duck, Chip & Dale RR & Ducktales. It was so much fun and innocent ! Too bad Generation Y won't have the luxury of enjoying good cartoons/ children's programs as the Gen. Xers did and kids before our time.

This is awesome. I remember being in the second great when this promo came out. Me and my friends could not wait for this show to debut. It was part of the Disney Afternoon if I am not mistaken. This time was definitely one of the golden eras of Disney! Not to mention Saturday Mornings and Sunday Nights!

I worked on the making of this about 19 years ago? I was just an intern working at the production company in Boston the summer they shot this. Those sets were fun to build and took a lot of hard work (and a lot of paint!!) ! We were so sick of this song by the time the shoot was over. So funny to see this! who knew this would still be out there?! Thanks for posting it dededeisawesome ..brings back great memories

this is the video that was on vhs I think that in the future when they have final dvd of darkwing duck season 2 vol 2 I think that this video might be on there and deleted scene because there show did have deleted scenes

this show is just an example of, imo, Disney's best years. During the 90's, I would watch this show and all their other shows, like Ducktales, Chip n Dale, Goof Troop, etc. I miss those shows:(

the reason why everything sucks is because they transistioned to live shows focusing on idols of girls with a point of view of girls only and does not suport the funny animal cartoons anymore......WHAT HAPPENED TO EVERYONE?!?!

IT'S ONLY GIRLS NOW WHAT ABOUT US MEN?! Darkwing is for both genders to enjoy thats one of the reasons it was good.
