My theory is something will happen to Ben and Viv Harmon and they will become ghosts or move. Next season there will be another new family and another "American Horror Story". But the constant will always be Violet and the ghosts roaming about and the Langdons, esp. Tate and Constance.
I loved the episode, but I couldn't stomach Violet's body...1 glance and I looked away and wish I saved my eyes from nightmare...anyways whoever said it was Violet int he walls you were right. I didn't want it to be true but it was just hard to believe. I should of paid attention to the evidence.
I have come to the conclusion that Larry is AHS's "Gollem" except his precious is the house not a ring. I mean he was normal, became taken over by the house and disfigured because of it. And now he is obsessed with it and will do whatever it takes, even kill, to get it back. I mean he even lurks in random places, I am just waiting for him to refer to himself as two people and go completely fucking psycho on everyone.
Maybe that guy is going to find Violet's body rotting in that wall... But the show is so nuts, and there have been so many deaths in the house, that you never know who/what is going to be hidden in that wall. I really love the craziness and unpredictability of this show.
Just for those saying Violet doesn't know Tate is dead, she does. Or did.
In Piggy Piggy, she looked up the school massacre on Google and found out that suspect Tate Langdon was dead. In the next scene, Constance confirms he's dead. And the psychic woman at Constance's house told Violet as well. But I don't know if she just dismissed the thought afterward or is in denial.
I guess if she did die, she could have forgotten. Some of the ghosts tend to have memory issues about their life and death.
a little bit out of the topic: if the ghosts image do not age, how come moira did ? she died as a young moira, but she looks old for ppl who see the truth... for other ghosts, they are what they are since their death...
@noblandit I think, with AHS, the ghosts can appear however they'd like to. Typical rules about ghosts don't seem to apply here. For instance, some ghosts appear in different clothing. Some ghosts show their wounds and some don't. I think Moira has basically chosen to appear aged since it enabled her to remain in the house as a maid. Sometimes I think Murphy and Falchuk are making this stuff up as they go along :P
@SweetMissJaye Yeah I thought that too and the only conclusion I came up with is this: A couple of episodes back Hayden says to Nora that there is a power in the house that allows them, the ghosts, to be seen or unseen. I think that if a ghost like Hayden, who seemed to pick up on that quickly, can tap into it then they can change appearance and leave the house a limited distance. So Violet only just finding out she was dead could not do any of that, but I am sure Tate will show her how.
@TheDoctorwho747 Yeah I agree.... Hayden was near the gates when she lured Travis over. Yet the minute Violet was out one door, she was right back in through another door.

@wildcherryblossom I'm thinking that Tate is the one that burned Larry too, maybe even the same day he murdered his classmates. I think he could have met one of Larry's daughters (probably Margaret) and she revealed information about how and why she died. Of course, it could have also happened on Halloween in which case they could have exacted revenge for themselves. But if it was Tate, all that added with the murder of Beau probably contributed to his break. We'll see Wednesday.
Tate did'nt kill Larry's family if you watched Open house larry Comfessed to his wif that he loved constance, then when Larry went upstairs It was his Wife who took his daughters and killed them and her when she set the bedroom on fire :)
I also think Violet is dead. Why would they have flies and everything in their house so randomly. All the other known kills are buried in the backyard or are out of the house. Someone was killed that we don't know about, and the most likely candidate is Violet.

@jaclynng26 I don't think Violet is dead, if she were I don't think Tate would bother trying to keep her in the house if she was stuck there anyway. She wasn't going to school because she was depressed.

@tabbybful Yeah her corpse was so disgusting. They did a good job of making it look straight out of a horror movie. Larry's daughters and dead wife looked crazy too. Whew! I think that the Harmons still have a chance to leave, but only if they discover Violet's body and get it out of the house. (I think that's why Moira wanted someone to dig up her bones: so she can move on). So if they get the body out, maybe she can move on? Then again, the Black Dahlia is still in the house, and so is Travis.
@xokiito I'm honestly confused too...and now starting to wonder if they're really just stuck there forever? I thought Moira wanted someone to dig up her bones so that she could move on but maybe I was wrong and she just wanted Constance to come under suspicion for her murder. The gay couple and the Black Dahlia and Travis (and others) should have been able to move on since their bodies are off the property.
@SweetMissJaye If they die in the house, or on it's property, their ghost will be stuck there. The gay couple, Black Dahlia, Travis, and everyone else will be stuck in the house because that's where their hearts stopped beating.
@SweetMissJaye Right? Their effects on the show are really well done. As for Violet I don't think she will actually wan't to move on I mean she didn't even really wanna die and she's so young. This was a greet episode though! Can't wait till next week, it's the birth of the babies right?
@tabbybful I'm wondering about Violet...when Tate gave her the opportunity to "die" with him, she went running away. Now she's forced to stay with him; it will be interesting to see how everything else plays out. The next two episodes, which are the last of the season, are called "Birth" and "After-Birth" so a lot of major stuff will be happening. I think we will see the actual birth of the twins next week.
Everybody Ben cannot be dead. He visited the hospital and does again in episode 9. In the previews Tate appears behind him in the bathroom and throws him out. Tate is trying to KILL him. This makes me assume that violet is shouting out for Ben because Tate probably told Violet what he did to her dad. My only assumption why Tate attacks Ben is because Ben wants to separate Tate and Violet. That's what triggers Tate to attack Ben.

I'd say that the bodies in the wall are the two that broke into the house in episode 2 that the nurses killed. It said they found the third one a couple of blocks away from the house but they never found the other two. And Constance was the only live one that knew they were dead and i can't really see her dragging them out of the house.
I can't wait. I really hope Violet finds out in this episode, and they don't drag it out till the Finale. Also, i reckon when she does find out he will go mental/ she will try to get away from him, but won't that make great TV. It's not meant to be a cheesy love story, it has always been dark and twisted from the start, and now I hope the secrets come out.
it could be Violets body, but then why is Tate trying so hard to make her stay? and why was he upset when she was going to leave with her mom. Why worry about her leaving if she is dead and cant leave. I wonder if she hasnt left the house because Tate is becoming possessive or it could just be because of depression she is with drawing from the outside world.
The best theory I've heard recently about Tate is that Constance made a deal with the devil to become famous herself. Maybe her punishment is she's famous as the mother of a mass murder and that her child is a vessel for the devil. At this point with this show, anything is possible.

I think Tate goes from knowing he is dead to not knowing. I think ghosts are confused most of the time.
He knows there's something in the house (ghosts), he is stuck there, his mother and sister moved out, there's a new family living there...
He remembers the shooting, I guess. He must remember the SWAT shooting him.
So, yeah. I think he gets confused. Often forgets about why he died, and stuff. Well, I don't know.

And no I think she's dead because when she downed those pills and Tate dragged her to keep her alive, she actually died. The ghosts in the show are physical, right? So my theory is she's dead but she doesn't know it. Like remember how the teacher called the dad and said she wasn't at school for like weeks? That was after the pills scene. Also how she's always "in her room."

@tabbybful Yeah her corpse was so disgusting. They did a good job of making it look straight out of a horror movie. Larry's daughters and dead wife looked crazy too. Whew! I think that the Harmons still have a chance to leave, but only if they discover Violet's body and get it out of the house. (I think that's why Moira wanted someone to dig up her bones: so she can move on). So if they get the body out, maybe she can move on? Then again, the Black Dahlia is still in the house, and so is Travis.

I thought Moira wanted someone to dig up her bones so that she could move on but maybe I was wrong and she just wanted Constance to come under suspicion for her murder. The gay couple and the Black Dahlia and Travis (and others) should have been able to move on since their bodies are off the property.

@tabbybful I'm wondering about Violet...when Tate gave her the opportunity to "die" with him, she went running away. Now she's forced to stay with him; it will be interesting to see how everything else plays out. The next two episodes, which are the last of the season, are called "Birth" and "After-Birth" so a lot of major stuff will be happening. I think we will see the actual birth of the twins next week.

Everybody Ben cannot be dead. He visited the hospital and does again in episode 9. In the previews Tate appears behind him in the bathroom and throws him out. Tate is trying to KILL him. This makes me assume that violet is shouting out for Ben because Tate probably told Violet what he did to her dad. My only assumption why Tate attacks Ben is because Ben wants to separate Tate and Violet. That's what triggers Tate to attack Ben.

I'd say that the bodies in the wall are the two that broke into the house in episode 2 that the nurses killed. It said they found the third one a couple of blocks away from the house but they never found the other two. And Constance was the only live one that knew they were dead and i can't really see her dragging them out of the house.

I can't wait. I really hope Violet finds out in this episode, and they don't drag it out till the Finale. Also, i reckon when she does find out he will go mental/ she will try to get away from him, but won't that make great TV. It's not meant to be a cheesy love story, it has always been dark and twisted from the start, and now I hope the secrets come out.

The best theory I've heard recently about Tate is that Constance made a deal with the devil to become famous herself. Maybe her punishment is she's famous as the mother of a mass murder and that her child is a vessel for the devil. At this point with this show, anything is possible.
